Residence Inn by Marriott Denver Airport at Gateway Park

"I was hesitant to stay here with some of the reviews but it has a pool, hot tub, and bball court so was the perfect option for our family. Internet is great, pool’s great, bball hoop is great, TV streaming is great. One of the best hotel breakfasts I’ve ever had and I travel a ton for work. Staff is so incredibly nice and welcoming.Its close by tons of restaurants and gas stations. I am so glad we stayed here!"

"If this is a 3 star their 1 star is probably in a tent under an overpass; Pool not open when advertised, tv doesn’t work, phone doesn’t work, flooring in room is only partially done, bathroom stank when we first got the room, and no sheets on one bed. Staff was no help except for the last issue. Gambling lines: Bed bugs +180 Bad sleep -250 Stubbing your toe on unfinished flooring -110 Pool not available +150 Std from bathroom +1200"

"Front desk service was great. Room was very dated but clean. Bathroom door didn't close and internet was terrible, plan on using your own hotspot if you have any work to do or plan on streaming."

"I am compelled to share my recent experience at Residence Inn by Marriott Gateway as it has left me throughly disgusted, upset, and disappointed. The treatment we received was nothing short of disgraceful and feel it is important to bring attention to this appalling situation. In summary, I left my room for a couple of hours to return and find my room door open and items gone, despite having locked my door before leaving. Immediately, I notified the front desk and filled a police report. To my dismay, the management's response was far from satisfactory. The managements handling of the matter was a disheartening mix of incompetence and rudeness. It appears that their only response to the serious allegations of theft was to deflect blame on the guest. Their response was "Are you sure you closed your door?". This lack of accountability is unacceptable and tarnishes the reputation of the hotel. I hope this review serves as a warning to others and prompts the hotel to address its security measures and customer service shortcomings."

"I was going to give a 5 start review because I had no complaints, the room is big and has everything I needed for a week stay for work. Never had to ask for towels or cleaning. The maid is fantastic. I also checked right in. The staff is nice. But as I was packing my stuff about to leave I seen a mouse crawling from under my bed to a hiding place by the sink. I got it on video and showed the front desk which they said they’d let maintenance now."
