"I was so surprised about how wonderful this hotel is. Generally hotels near airports are cookie cutter and plain. This hotel is amazing. Thr 1st floor rooms have 15 feet ceilings. The furniture is high end and plush. The bed and pillows made for a wonderful night sleep. The hot breakfast buffet was a great. The cinnamon rolls were one of the best that I have ever had."

"Sorry to have to write a scathing review. On check out day they went into my room and damaged/disposed of my few belongings I had in there. I had had the room for a month and never did they have to clean it or change the bedding. It was used only as a place to study. Despite this they couldn’t even manage to give me a call on my check out day and ask what to do with my items. A military issued helmet bag of sentimental value and some cockpit posters. They had my phone number. I wasn’t supposed to check out until tomorrow. It was a clerical issue that I had already addressed with them. Unacceptable to me. I spent 120+ days in Marriott locations last year and to say this wouldn’t happen there is an understatement."

"This place rocks!! Didn’t expect to be able to feel so luxurious at an airport hotel. One of the comfiest hotel beds ever and huge bathroom. Impeccably clean and hotel staff / James the shuttle driver were very friendly and professional. The plants in the lobby are real which is nuts. Fitness center was way above par to other hotels in this price range"

"This place is really nice. Somewhat confusing decor. The rooms are more antique, Victorian style, while the bathrooms are huge and more modern. There is plenty of space for all your clothes, seating, and very tall ceilings. The only thing that our very large group didn't like was that the lobby area, it was so hot you had a hard time enjoying a meal, or drinks. There was no where our group could sit out of the way from the dining service to enjoy our own drinks and socialize. The waitress during diner service was somewhat rude and seamed like she had no idea what was going on. The food was good but sometimes came out cold. Overall, it's a nice place to stay with easy access to the interstate, airport, eateries, and shopping."
