Econo Lodge Denver International Airport

"Stayed two nights. The hotel smelled like weed and cigarette smoke. The front desk lady was very nice and helpful. The bed had cigarette burns on it. It’s what you would expect for a 2 star hotel. They didn’t plow the parking lot during a major snow storm which was really annoying. I got food poisoning from eating the breakfast, wouldn’t recommend eating it. Overall, it’s a place to sleep, nothing more."

"I found this hotel for about $45. I was skeptical at first, as Econolodge has a bit of a hit or miss reputation. Man, this was a hit. The rooms are dated, yes, but they are spotless. They smell clean and you can tell housekeeping is on top of it. The cherry on top was the lady helping me at the front desk. She was very friendly which was so nice for a weary traveler. I will be staying here again next time I have an early flight out of DIA!"

"For an older place its clean and kept up. Staff was friendly. I got a room for a friend coming through for $47. They said the rooms were nothing to write home about, but way better then the Rest Area parking lot in their csr. They mentioned the breakfast was good."

"So the hotel is dated but in really good shape. The location is great walking distance to many places to eat and other stores are a short drive away. The staff is wonderful. Rooms were cleaned daily / without the need to request it like many hotels have switched to. The price was great . This was my first time staying at an econolodge but I will definitely consider them for quick trips from now on. The breakfast wasn't great lol but that's not a major complaint considering the value of my stay."

"Location, location. This is a budget friendly hotel that is in a great location! Our room had a microwave & small fridge. There's a free breakfast to get you going. Nothing elaborate but it was nice to get out of our room, enjoy all the coffee we wanted, toast, oatmeal, cereal, milks, juices without having to go out for breakfast. The housekeeping and staff were excellent and friendly. There are many hotels nearby for more money a night, one has a breakfast that is $14 a person and you can easily walk across the street and enjoy. There are many eateries right across the street, including a liquor store if your fridge needs something inside. Mexican, Asian, Outback, Chicago pizza and Italian are all within walking distance. Aurora is conveniently located near the airport and only 20 to 30 minutes from Denver, Red Rocks, Golden. We are happy with our stay because we saved some coins to use elsewhere on adventure."
