"When I lived here there was a shooting right by the pool area, so many times getting to my room there would be homeless people shacking up in the hallway, my truck was stolen and they didn't even have cameras. So glad I got out of there! Only positive note is that the price wasn't horrible for the square footage and the staff was nice and responsive."

"They stole my 150$ deposit never moved in and wanted to charge me triple of the move in price. The deal they try to add on never even applies. Rude workers and never answer the phone. Please stay away if you don’t want your money stolen from these desperate thief’s."

"Woke up this morning someone had taken a POOP in the washing machine I literally threw up I took photo evidence but I can’t post it here… y’all this area is something the homeless people come in and sleep in the common area the door lock doesn’t work because the wood around the frame is old so the door doesn’t close properly and security is not enough. Lucky the cleaning company was here early and cleaned it up, I felt so bad for the lady she was really nice and the gentleman too wish the didn’t have to deal with that. Pay almost 1400 a month including utilities for fluctuating water temperature in the shower, roaches & homeless people doing whatever they want around the premises Could be worse could be better"
