Hoffman Heights not only was the area that my parents lived in but my church, grade school and many of my friends also lived here. For many years, not a lot went on in Hoffman Heights but that all changed when the hospitals started to be built. When I moved into Residence of Hoffman, I moved into a new, modern 1 bedroom apartment. I found out right away that management and residence alike work hard to make residence feel they are a part of a community. Mike, the manager runs a pretty tight ship. While respecting the tenants privacy and home, running a safe and clean operation is a top priority. Being 2 blocks from Colfax, there are certain to be interesting people wandering around and being on the property. The staff here addresses these issues quickly. I have told several of my friends about this place and they are looking into the cost and availability of a apartment. I encouraged some of my friends to take a serious look at calling this place home."
