"If I could give zero stars I would. I was offered a two bed town home. I tried to view it but because it was not "ready" so to speak. I gave a security deposit after signing lease in good faith and was refused my money back. Upon discovery of a two bed one bath apartment on 3rd floor. I have two kids one only being a couple months and told this unacceptable. I was told I won't be getting my money back. Unfortunately it was Christmas and because of these apartments my family lost out. Now I'm fighting to get my money back."
"I lived here for 4 years and had to move. I moved there into a 3 bdrm that was $850. The owners at that time were wonderful. They fixed anything wrong within hours. They sold a year later to another wonderful couple who did the same because there were constant floods and issues with clogged pipes. But it was always fixed. Then these new people came in and raised rent over $400 more. We're never in the office. They never answered the phone or voicemails and when the "emergency" operator answered she would do nothing but give you an attitude. I went without heat for several days then had to call a professional out to write a statement that my heater needed replacement completely before they would do anything about it. I paid 120$ for that estimate that I never got reimbursed. I had floods from the clogged drain in the water heater room. A broken dishwasher for 2 yrs. I had would never expect anyone to raise rent that much on people who were in rent controlled low income apartments. I moved with notice on their voicemail and in writing in their mailbox and they didn't even know till they sent a late rent notice 2 mths later! The BBB couldn't even contact them. Don't move here unless you want to fix everything yourself."
"Was greeted by a lady getting out of her car who was kinda rude...As the Aurora Police arrived on the property. When asked about it, could not really give an answer as to if it happens a lot. When asked if the property was quiet was told that “ anybody that passes a background and credit check can rent there” and was followed by “ we rent to a diverse group of people” But it’s been repainted and has new carpeting. It may not be quiet, but, at least it’s diverse. Right Leasing agent lady?"
"I have to say that I love where I live. I have been living in Laredo House since 2011 in one of the three bedroom townhomes. When we first moved in the place was pretty run down but for the price I couldn’t complain. Recently the property was bought out and the new management is WONDERFUL. They are very proactive in the upkeep of the units. In the past 4 months they have painted the builds, fixed the roof, put in a new playground, put in a new dumpster, replaced the old windows, put in a brand new dishwasher, planted flowers and trees, and put up a new fence. I would highly recommend the complex to anyone looking for a place to live."
