"Been living here since September of last year this is my first time renting an apartment and let’s just say I’ll never live here again. First day is move in day and we walk into an apartment that looks like someone had just moved out hours ago with a fresh smell of spray paint all throughout the house. Mind you there is paint stains everywhere but yet the walls were still yellow the paint job in the bathroom was ridiculous. One month after living here they switched companies and the new company acted like everything was our fault when we told them that maintenance hasn’t been to apartment. Then even after the company got resold we didn’t receive a mail key for our mailbox for 5 months to only have it for one week because our mailboxes were broken into once again. And don’t even get me started on the ladies in the office they are so rude for no reason.they try to throw shots at you like they better den someone but don’t know how to run or deal with their tenants. I would really think twice about moving here it’s ridiculous and it’s the same from everybody who lived here I have not heard one good thing about these apartments."

"Me and my family started putting stuff in the apartment after having been away for the weekend. There was bugs everywhere, there’s a hole in the bathroom, part missing from the shower. My fiance used to work as a maintenance technician for dove valley and if the apartment was in the condition this one is, he’d be fired."

"It was terrible and I am pretty sure I made a deal with the devil already by moving here. The leasing office was somewhat helpful but not knowledgeable about their own community during the application process. After I was approved for my apartment they stopped answering my phone calls and not responding to my voice mails for over a week. I finally had to just walk in on my move in date because of them never getting back to me. When I walked in a leasing agent said how may I help you. I said I'm here to get my keys to move in. She passed me off to another agent say "yeah he's the one that's been calling all day." So needless to say they knew I'd been calling for over a week after being approved but purposely had been ignoring my calls afterwards. I paid my deposit upon my move in and had been told by multiple leasing agents that the first six weeks were free. Now I received text message yesterday saying I have an outstanding balance for my rent. This place just lures you in and then mistreated me, misquoted me and has ignored me, ever since. All around unprofessional here do NOT come here."

"No has come here to do anything. My husband caulked over the mold in the bathroom in the hall bathroom. Not much he can do with the mold under the kitchen sink. I have a picture of the boarding that’s on the floor under the sink I just can’t locate it but I do have it in my phone. No one has come to my apartment at all. My husband has been here today we’re gone and there’s been no notice or nothing left on the door that they came and no work has been done."

"Out of several places we recently applied for, Richfield has been the most proactive and informative and just the best company so far! Literally, from the start, they sent me updates about apartments I’d be interested in, but not an overwhelming amount like some properties. They were so thorough and FAST! They actually were the only property to actually send us information about why we were initially denied so that we are able to fix it and then potentially still be residents in the near future! They are in a great location and honestly the apartments don’t look bad either! Definitely would recommend them as far as if you’re looking for a new place to live or work, and also if you need a property management company, this would be the first place I’d personally look for that too. I don’t even know if they do that, but they should because they know what they are doing!!"
