"I signed the lease, paid the deposit, and the first month's rent without any issues. However, a day before my scheduled move-in date of the 27th, they emailed me to inform me that they had postponed it to the 29th. This posed a problem as I had already arranged to vacate my old apartment on the 27th. When I confronted Romella, the leasing specialist who initially assisted us, she claimed she was busy, although she was in the office. She offered only to refund our money and said there were no other available apartments to switch to. This left us scrambling to find alternative accommodations within a day. We even spoke to the management of our old apartment, who advised us to pay for two more days, which we did. However, the next day, the manager, Taleen, emailed me again, stating that the apartment would not be available even on the 29th, contradicting their earlier claim. She then mentioned that another apartment would be ready on the 28th, which they initially denied. When I requested to speak with Taleen directly, I was told she was unavailable and in a meeting, despite her emailing me earlier that day. After insisting, I finally got to speak with her, and she mentioned another available apartment for the 28th, but I couldn't view it until 3 pm. Feeling uneasy about the situation, I decided to terminate the lease and get my money back due to their dishonesty and lack of transparency. I was concerned that if I waited until 3 pm the next day, they might claim the apartment was still not ready."
"If you’re thinking to move into this apartment, you should run in the opposite direction. I have lived in this apartment for a year now; it’s a nightmare! if you have a maintenance issue, it will take at least a month. It took them more than a month to fix our broken dishwasher with stagnant water in it. Then the laundry washer stopped working we reported it 12/4/23 they have not fixed yet. So I advise you not to move in here!!!!!!!"
"Want to give a huge shout out to the maintenance team members Tuan and Colin. All the maintenance members are awesome, these guys slaved and hustled on a Saturday to get my new dishwasher in - Thank You!!! This place is pretty awesome. Pools are nice, gym and computer amenities at the office as well. The mailbox is nice and secure, and they even have a package room with a keypad lock. The trash service is really convenient, and they shovel during the winter as well. Covered parking is available as well, very nice."
"If you are thinking about moving here, don't. Run the other way. I moved in almost 2 weeks ago and have had nothing but issues. Move in day, I moved into a dirty apartment. All that I could tell was done was the place was vacuumed and fridge was wiped down with bleach. I HAD TO DEEP CLEAN MY WHOLE APARTMENT DURING ,MOVE IN DAY. Bathroom has water damage, dryer is broke, trimming is falling off the walls. My fire place is filled with ashes. The best the manager can do is a $100 rent credit. Oh and if you pick the option that you don't give permission for maintenance to enter your apartment without you there, they will fully ignore that too. I understand being understaffed can be difficult, but at some point someone should take accountability and as far as I've seen, no one has."
"Been here since March and it’s been several issues upon move in. My washer has been broken for a month now and two different people have been in here just to not do anything about it. Called the office no answer. Sent an email and was told they’re working on it. Weeks are going by and I have a house full of dirty clothes and a still flooded washer machine that has a horrible smell. All the reviews are telling the truth the only thing they will constantly say is that maintenance is understaffed. Loss of amenities and I guarantee they will not be doing anything to accommodate me for this. Definitely will not be renewing my lease when it is up in March. Just counting down the months at this point."
