"My name is Suzan Ochoa I recently moved in. Maria Rodriquez showed me a few apartments before deciding on one Maria was very professional and respectful while showing the apartments her manerism is one of someone who enjoys her job emensly and she explained everything in a way I understood"
"My place got infested with BEDBUGS and I couldn’t even live there and they said they would take care of it in the lease. Wasn’t able to live there bc of my neighbors bringing bed bugs to the whole apartment. They still tried to charge me full rent for a place I couldn’t live in. They also had no interest in helping fix the problem."
"They’ve renovated the apartments by removing the old carpet floor and putting in faux wood floors but if you live on the first or second floor you hear ALL of your neighbor’s footsteps. You’re able to goto sleep when the family above you finally settles down and you’re forced to wake up when that family gets up and starts moving around. We’ve been here nearly 2 years and never had to complain about neighbor’s excessive noise till the last 3 weeks. You can’t watch TV without hearing children running around or adults stomping through their apartment. No exaggeration, you hear ALL of it. We’ve complained 2-3 times already to the office and they claimed to have sent a violation notice to the family above us but there’s been no change i their behavior. We work second shift and overnights as well so definitely don’t recommend living here and dealing with these cosmetic “improvements” it’s even understandable that children are loud but adults stomping and carrying on. Repeatedly dropping objects. Occasional bowling ball falls on the flow it sounds like and startles us watching tv or trying to sleep. They stress the dog out where he’s barking at them for bumping things around all day. We’ve tried to be patient with this but we are getting pretty frustrated."
"Just a few small points to start: dirty, loud, pest control issues, short notice for entering apartments, rude office staff, slow maintenence. Those are just a few things. I signed a 15 month lease and have regretted signing for the last 14 months. This place has had non-stop pest control issues. So much so that I have found roaches running across my carpet, kitchen sink, and bathroom. When I called the office the first time to report this, someone came in and placed a roach trap ON the plastic for my toilet paper... GROSS!!!! Bed bug issues, and MANDATORY pest control coming into your house. Oh, and make sure that if you have pets, you have somewhere to take them because they cannot be around the fumes from the spray. If you put your bed against the wall (like you are told to do) make sure you wrap it in plastic, because they will spray chemicals all over your bed. You will not be able to sleep in your apartment that night either, because the smell of chemicals is strong. If they need to enter your apartment, they will call you minutes before hand to warn you that someone is going into the apartment, and if you have to send them to voicemail because you are WORKING, they will not answer the phones when you call back. The laundry facilities are disgusting, as are the hallways. I have actually been taking my laundry to friends and family's houses to do it there, because of how disgusting the laundry facilities are. I have had people bang on my door at 1, 2, and 3 a.m. and they are drunk. I have called the cops multiple times because the "security" people will come and sit in the parking lots, but won't actually get out and patrol the facilities like they are supposed to. Broken glass out front, in the parking lots and in the road. Beer bottles and cans in the grass. Cigarette butts that line the rocks by the entry ways. I won't let my friends bring their children to my house because of how dangerous it is. I have had issues with my water not working, as well as the hot water not working at all. When you put in an "emergent" maintenence request, they are supposed to get to it either same day or next day, but you will wait for a minimum of 3 days before they do anything. Specifically, I had a leak under my kitchen sink because the garbage disposal was leaking. I called them the night I found it and also put in a request to the maintenence team hoping someone would call me the next morning or even that evening. Nope, I waited a whole 3 days before I heard anything, and when they "fixed" it, they just replaced the plastic pipes that connected to the disposal, which caused the leak to be worse. I waited a whole 2 weeks for my sink to be fixed so I could do anything with cooking actual meals. The neighbors above us stomp around and scrape their chairs against the floor at all hours of the night. There is constantly loud bass and mariachi music playing, and it has gone well into the later hours of the night. People will have their friends come and pick them up for work in the mornings and the way that they announce their arrival is to sit and honk their horn. It is like they lay across their steering wheel and watch out the passenger window for the person to come out of the building. People loiter outside the front entrance of the buildings, and when you try to get in the door they will move over by millimeters. Smoke detectors in my building have been beeping for the last 15 months, and I have submitted maintenence requests to have it fixed at least 4 different times. I am getting ready to call the fire department and report it, because that is a FIRE HAZARD! If all of that isn't enough, let's talk about the amount of gunshots that go off through all hours of the night. Drug deals that take place in the parking lot across from the building, and the residents who FLY through the complex with no concern for the people walking to/from their cars or trying to get in/out of their cars. Not only is this place an absolute disgrace, it is honestly a terrifying area to live in. Would not recommend this place to anyone."
"I would rent here but the pet policy is not up to date with the pet ordinance that passed in 2020. Aurora has accepted on pitbulls and blues. I have a blue/hound mix. I would give more stars when you get it up to date."
