"When I first moved in I was not allowed to sign a. Lease we had to pay via cashiers check for our first months rent and our move in date was pushed back by a day making it July first not June 30th, It wasn’t a big deal at the time. My fiancé and I continued to try to sign our lease and pay September’s rent we had gone down to the office multiple times. We ended up not signing our lease until end of August beginning of September Without realizing the term of the lease stated it started in June not July and now they refuse to waive the June rent and say it is our responsibility. Not to mention they never answer their phone so unless you’re able to make it to the office between 9-6 Monday-Friday you will not get ahold of anyone. I will be moving as soon as my lease is up, which apparently is in June not July, and I do not recommend moving here unless you want to play tag with your housing management. There are also many little things with the apartment that are not great such as the maintenance asking me if I broke our thermostat when it broke our second day here, or them just walking into my apartment without notice not once but twice. Or how thin the floor/ceilings are and the fact I can hear my downstairs neighbors every move. It’s cute, it’s tiny, it’s not worth it."

"DO NOT MOVE HERE! The management enjoys the drama and feels empowered by belittling residents. We have an ongoing leak service team advised us to not get water on the floor!? And to put towels?! Instead of putting in maintenance on our unit. The loitering is day and night and their is never a moment of silence in the complex. Constantly people blasting music from cars and hangouts in the entrance of the parking lot. We are hopeful to get out of this lease soon! If you work hard and have a family this is not the place for you! We regret trying to make this place our home as we are not given even the slightest amount of respect. We do not care for a response from management! Instead try to resolve the trending issue in the reviews"

"Management acts nice so you’ll move in. After you’re in, your last priority. As a resident I never felt respected. Came to my aid AFTER I abandoned my apartment due to their negligence to respond with a solution Topacio, the property manager, said we would come up with. This community is always trashed, the laundry rooms are never cleaned, the laundry card machine almost never works. The washer and dryers don’t work at BOTH laundry rooms. My first week some resident got so furious he ripped off the entire card machine in the laundry room. The second pool was almost never open. There really is nonstop music from the neighbors, smells like weed 24/7 even though it’s a non smoking community. Dog poop surrounding the entire areas. The pictures I have are of my last few days there, broken glass being all over the roads, and the trail. Be careful walking your dogs around the area!! Trailpoint does not legally give back your deposit so good luck!!"
