"They've refused to fix my friends ac unit for over 3 months and it's always over 90° in his unit well more like 2 years but he's been calling in front of me consistently for about 3 months. Don't move here if you like your house cool at all."
"I move out my apartment just before the state shut down for Covic 19 in 2019. I emailed and sent certified letters to the apartment and mananagement company regarding my deposit. NO one has ever called or email me. I do not know why the Attorney General and Aurora housing has not done something. Do not rent you will regret it."
"DO NOT APPLY HERE! I applied and put down a $400 "holding fee". Then I was told I couldn't move into the apartment because the current leasers were renewing their lease. They told me I would receive my refund within 4-6 weeks via check which shouldn't take that long especially because Corporate is located in Georgetown, Co. I applied in July and have yet to receive my money back. They tried keeping my check stating I cancelled before the 72 hr timeframe when I WAS CALLED, SPOKE IN PERSON AND RECEIVED AN EMAIL STATING THEY RENEWED THEIR LEASE AND THIS IS WHY MY APP HAD BEEN DENIED. I HAVE YET TO RECIEVE MY MONEY AND WILL BE FILING A BBB COMPLAINT AND FINDING A LAWYER"
"My lease was recently up so I applied here for a two bedroom 1.5 baths I left my 500 deposit, we went 2 weeks later to view the apartment & everything was a mess the kitchen drawers wouldn’t even open the windows were cracked and they literally just duck taped it together, the bathroom tub was literally black it was completely stained. The bedroom closet doors wouldn’t even open. I went back to the office and told them my concern she told me that our deposit would come back in the card we used, then 2 weeks later they told us they would send us a check that it would take 4-6 weeks! We’ve been waiting 8 weeks turns out they had our address wrong. The lady who works the front office her name is ANA is disrespectful! Doesn’t know how to answer the phone I’ve literally caught her the day we went to view the apartment just ignore the calls coming in. I’ve spent 35 mins on a call today just to get ahold of the manger & Ana hung up on me. DO NOT LEAVE A DEPOSIT OR RENT THESE PLACES OUT. Worst experience I’ve ever received in any apartments! Nothing but lazy workers."
"I lived in this property I had unfortunate moments, what I describe here I have the evidence that it was, i sent many emails requesting repairs, the property usually took many weeks to months to fix something include something requested as an emergency like heat not work in a coldest days winter. Tee property sometimes have an offer when if you recommended to move someone as a friend, family you can get a credit for 200.00 dollars, I recommended my nephew, when I request the amount to credit in my account, they refuse to do that, due to the property change personal include the managers, the credit amount became old and the claim was not possible, this is something happened in my apartment: a water leak from the ceiling living room that lasted 4 long months to be resolved, I had cockroaches and mice for a long time, I never had bedbugs but I know about to another units include my Nephew unit, my apartments always was a clean and comfortable home, the office knows that (my deposit was refunded in a 100%) for 2 years I had a maintenance problem in a roof duct that in winter a bedroom was all winter cold due to the heat don’t work property due to a broke duct to the small room, endless emails talk about that and never got repaired. I finally left the property and I broke the lease agreement, I know that now I have to fulfill this commitment and I will be responsible for that, because I like to always fulfill my debts. In short I do NOT recommend the property as your home., by the way onetime the manager request me to remove another review that I posted for another heater problem, as a good living like resident and property I agreed to do this.A tip that I can give you if you intent to move in here, try to talk to a couple of residents and ask how is the office and maintenance service in the property. Feel free to ask me for the emails if it is necessary, thank you. There are better complex’s that offer you a gym, pool, and other amenities and an apartment with better living conditions. En el tiempo que viví en esta propiedad tuve momentos desafortunados, lo que describo aquí tengo la evidencia de que fue, una serie de correos electrónicos solicitando reparaciones, no solo reparaciones, la oferta de propiedad recomendada para mudarse a alguien como amigo, familia para tener un crédito por 200.00 dólares, le recomendé a mi sobrino, cuando solicito el monto a acreditar en mi cuenta, se niegan a hacerlo, debido al cambio de propiedad de mucho personal, incluidos los gerentes, el monto del crédito se volvió viejo y el reclamo no fue posible, una fuga de agua desde la sala del techo que duró 4 largos meses para resolverse, tuve cucarachas y ratones durante mucho tiempo en la unidad, durante 2 años tuve un problema de mantenimiento en un conducto del techo que en invierno un la habitación estaba fría debido al calor, no funcionaba la propiedad de la habitación pequeña, los correos electrónicos interminables hablan de ello y nunca fueron reparados. Finalmente dejé la propiedad y rompí el contrato, sé que ahora tengo que cumplir con este compromiso y seré responsable de eso, porque siempre me gusta cumplir con mis deudas. En resumen, NO recomiendo la propiedad como su hogar. Por cierto, el gerente me solicitó que elimine otra revisión que publiqué por otro problema con el calentador, como buena vida como residente y propiedad acepté hacer esto. Un consejo que puedo darle si tiene la intención de mudarse aquí, trate de hablar con un par de residentes y preguntar cómo está la oficina y el servicio de mantenimiento en la propiedad. Hay mejores complejos que le ofrecen un gimnasio, una piscina y otras comodidades y un apartamento con mejores condiciones para vivir."
