"The front office is for show and getting new tenants in. After you sign the lease, they are useless. Phones unanswered, emails unanswered, if you go in they tell you they'll call you back and never do. The maintenance guys are nice but always behind. In the winter the homeless break into the heated stairwells and smoke crack or just camp there with no reaction from management when you report it. Only move here if you have no other options."

"I’ve lived here for 5 years and highly do not recommend. My rent was 1400 when I first moved in and now I’m paying close to 2000. Worst thing is this dystopian loud alarm system in the parking lots. I’ve called and emailed several times requesting to get out of my lease early due to the constant “Optimus Prime” waking me up at 2,3 and 4:00 in the morning! I have complained so many times and nothing has changed. Hallways are always dirty, rarely maintained, dumpsters are always overflowing with trash. Trash all over the parking lots never get cleaned up and the staff are the rudest I’ve ever encountered. I pay for a garage because of the countless stories of people having their cars towed from the lot. Make it make sense! Paying 2000 for rent but your car gets towed for not paying a 10.00 parking fee. Read the reviews and DO NOT MOVE HERE!!! YOUVE BEEN WARNED.Can’t wait to be free from this hell hold of an apt complex"

"I see you respond to reviews, so I'm hoping to get someones attention so I can get some answers. I moved out mid December and have emailed you 3 times since, requesting information about my final walk through and how much of my deposit you will keep. I have yet to receive a response to any of my inquiries. I have additionally tried calling you, however the call does not get answered, and you do not have an option to leave a voice mail. While I physically moved out on 12/15/2023, I am aware that I am still responsible for prorated rent for the month of January, however you are requesting a full months rent from me without any notification as to why. I'd appreciate it if someone would respond to my email to keep record of the conversation."

"Looks nice at first but have had nothing but problems since we moved in 5 months ago. Management was switching over when we moved in so I tried to give them benefit of the doubt. Takes FOREVER for anything to get fixed; if they even actually fix it. If you go into office with an issue they say they'll call you back by end of the day and 4/4 times for me they have not. Had both our cars get attempted robbing within 1st month here; one in broad daylight! They don't answer the office phone and call just drops; no machine. Additional fees on top of fees; parking, package delivery service and trash that might get picked up. Will not be renewing. NOT WORTH IT."

"Read your lease contract before you sign here. This was my first apartment, I didn’t learn there’s a mandatory paid parking system until a few days after I moved in (the towing company is pretty strict here). I’ll always remember the kind maintenance and facilities staff, whenever I had a problem they were quick to solve it! They use an app to submit any issues that goes wrong within the units. Overall: 2.5/5 stars"
