Windsor Meadow Hills Apartments

"Paper thin walls and ceilings through which you hear everything as if it's happening right there in the room. You can hear how your neighbors' day went and what their plans for the weekend are. Or you can ask to borrow salt without making a call or leaving your apartment unit. The walls shake from every step of your neighbors. Parking is paid but not reserved. That is, you pay money to park per every car but there isn't a designated space to actually park your vehicle. This means visitors can and do take all of the spots and then residents park far, far away or even out of the territory of the complex. There's an annual, exorbitant fee for package handling, however, your packages get thrown under the door anyway. This raises the question of what the fee is for. So if you have tons of money that you just don't know what to do with that you'd like to give away and wish to stay up all night, every night, to see the sunrise because of the noise levels coming from your neighbors, who never need sleep, then you can make this your new home. Otherwise, it's only one step up from sleeping in a tent somewhere near the highway. Management doesn't care about your complaints, either."

"(To preface, this is not a tenant’s review) Even though I will not be living in Aurora, I had a great tour with Shawn last week. He was very thoughtful and showed the various amenities of this apartment… it is the best apartment that I had been able to tour in Aurora. Spacious units and good recently-renovated fixtures in both the clubhouse and units. Solid place. Thank you!"

"I’m a new resident and this place has been amazing. From the very beginning, I went on a tour with Shawn and he was very patient and professional. The next day I went on another tour with Trey and he was very knowledge. Jacob had been amazing with communication. Maintenance is also great any time I’ve had an issue it’s been taken care of same day. The apartments themselves are beautiful. Modern and clean looks. Very quiet neighborhood. Very well lit at night. My complex is pretty packed with guest parking but depending on the building you’re in you could have better guest parking spots. Gym is good as well. A little pricey but they are actually very good pricing compared to other apartment complexes especially considering the square footage. I think it’s just the economy right now (inflation). I’m literally so happy to have picked this place to live! It feels like home and again the staff is amazing!"

"I am a new resident here and from the very 1st time that we walked in just to see the place Jake was very welcoming and answered any and all questions that we had. I had trouble with getting my paperwork emailed back and he was always there to answer and help to the best of his ability. Besides the beautiful place Jake’s personality knowledge sold us on moving in. He has been great to work with so for and looking forward to many more interactions with him."
