"The unit was full of roaches, mice, and broken appliances. The washer and dryer never worked, fridge and dishwasher were also broken and required me to self-repair. The pool was always closed, maintenance was nonexistent, and staff was nonexistent. Pretty bad place overall; look elsewhere!"

"If i could give 0 stars i would!!! Between finding a dead mouse in my kitchen while i was moving in, to the random roach appearances in my house, to literal human feces backed into my tubs 2 separate times because of a known property plumbing issue, it’s not worth it. The kitchen wood was rotting everywhere, the baseboards and floors had holes! Like holes where you can see in them. The flooring was put together however. The office management is disrespectful and will not care about your issues and/or concerns. Worst experience ever in renting. Wouldn’t even recommend this place for an unhoused person."

"I moved back over here to the Aurora Hills Apartments. And they have always treated me and my son right. The front staff with Gus and Rudy knows me well and always ask me how iam doing and my son. And the Manager Shana as well remembers me and always communicates with me and ask how iam. Even the maintenance staff off Shawn and Cristina as well. Good place to live."

"Extremely disappointing housing experience. You can never contact the office for anything, they have rules that trap residents. Infested with cockroaches and pests, buildings are falling apart physically and are an extreme hazard to people. Maintenance does not help in an appropriate timely manner. The area is very dangerous, there is vandalism and violence every night. Parking is not included with rent and you have to pay for that monthly, yet you’ll still get randomly towed and have to pay everything out of pocket. Best advice is to find somewhere better for the money, this place is terrible."
