"They shut the water off constantly, without warning. Then send out an email notice after the fact. I've been left without water on TWO different instances for a WEEK with no compensation. I've been late to work multiple times due to the lack of water and not being able to properly shower in time. I recommend keeping water on hand if you move in. I'm embarrassed to invite people over, so I don't. The grounds are filthy, full of garbage in the hallways and in the parking lot. The ONE dumpster is constantly overflowing. My vehicle has been vandalized on different occasions IN the parking lot. There have been dead animals such as cats in the lot. The washing machines/dryers don't work or flood the floor. And it's your responsibility to call the company for services as park 16 management has stated it isn't theirs. My heat has never properly worked although being serviced. I've given up on it ever working. They scheduled a pest spray once. I had to relocate my animals and clear out all cabinets. However, they never came by and sprayed. I never had an issue with bedbugs or cockroaches til Park 16. They're in the floorboards, cabinets and walls. Spraying isn't going to do much. I kill at least two roaches a day and I deep clean twice a week. Management isn't there to help, only to collect the checks. In general have zero respect for you as a renter. You have zero privacy living here. Maintenance and management will enter your home without warning. There are constant mandatory apartment checks like you live in a halfway house. Even worse, they're kicking us out for three days, in the middle of winter at the end of January- for more - MANDATORY work. If you like paying full Denver rent prices with ZERO amenities and cockroach roommates - LIVE HERE ! 2/8/24 REPLY TO MANAGEMENT. I've been to the office multiple times and spoken with the manager. Who encouraged me to file a complaint with the city for the unlivable conditions at Park 16. I've emailed amc llc properties personally for some resolution and there were none. You don't care/can't make it right."

"The apartment is great, if you can remember that your surroundings are not in your house. People want to complain, but understand that you knew where you were applying. There was a reason why you came here. I’m just glad that I was allowed to get a second chance and be able to say I’m at home. Management has done nothing but bent over backwards to do everything they can to make it easier for me. And I appreciate each and every one of them. It takes a special kind of person to deal with some of the clients that they have. And to not treat everyone the same. So remember when you say a bad review. You needed to be here, because of what ever reason. Don’t be mean because they gave you a shot and you found some reason to belittle management and the staff. Remember where you came from. They helped you get to where you’re at now!"

"New management, friendly staff, making positive changes to property. Free pest control, new appliances, free parking, no carpet, they are currently cleaning out pool to reopen this summer. Maintenance super friendly and responsive. Newley renovated. Recommend ☺️"

"If I could give 0 stars I would. Maintenance requests are never answered, pool is green all summer, bed bug infestations that were never handled by professionals. The front door locks break about once a month and homeless sleep in the hallways. Management changed, rent increased a lot, and absolutely nothing got better."
