"Everything works! The fridge and stove were spotless upon move-in which was great. Manager can be grumpy at times; reminds us to not leave trash bags outside even though it was left outside our door since 2am to later complain at 9am. Even though the manager can be picky especially with dog poop, he lets our pitbull live with us in our room. If we're missing 50$ for rent, he let's us pay as soon as we can. NOTE: if your not renting, your car can be towed away. Also, the shower is too small; you get very little space. I sure hope your skinny!"

"They have went under new management in the office. Also they have redone the rooms. And if u have any problems they get it fixed right away it's def the best on Colfax for sure. And ur treated fairly. I still stay here me and my wife and enjoy randy and dirk they are management and they will treat u with respect and like a person as long as u do the same all these negative comments not every place is so horrible its ppl just wanting to be rude"
