"Can I give a negative star? I lived here for a year and it was terrible. The lady who gave me a tour quit the office downstairs a month after I moved in and didn’t let us know she left because when I tried contacting her about my lease. Every lady who worked in the office quit every month. The laundry room is disgusting with homeless people sleeping in there and they said they have “security.” There’s always arguing outside on the 3rd floor at 12-3a.m and they never reported them to move out due to many complaints. Maintenance is a joke and never come by when they say they would and they never fix the issues in the buildings."

"This management is a joke, the laundry room is trash and gross, they have an infestation of Cucarachas , and they have dangerous violent tenants. Drug dealers literally at the entrance just selling drugs sitting their. They say they are "DOG FRIENDLY" but they are not,. And the manager is not professional AT ALL !!! The whole management team is rude. DO NOT LIVE HERE !! THE PRICE IS GOOD BUT ITS RATCHET AND GHETTO REPEAT DO NOT LIVE HERE ... I CANNOT WAIT TO LEAVE !"

"Horrible management, on 3 occasions they randomly walked into my house without knocking, they never warn you when they're turning the water off , or doing some type of loud construction that lasts all day which is often, and when something needs fixing they don't care even though it is there appliances (my bathroom sink has been leaking for 2 months now)."
