"I lived here for a full year, and decided not to renew my lease. Upon first inspection, things were okay, things were clean, and only a few issues, edging on the carpet was not clean and was fraying, there was very evident water damage in the bathroom, and in the bathroom sink, the finish was peeling off. But that is something I could live with no problem. Problems starting rising around Christmas and New Years, while I was out of town. I left cabinets open, I left faucets dripping, however my pipes still broke. Someone must have alerted management because when I got home finally, I thought my place has been broken into. things were moved, lights were on, and I hadn't realized what happened until I started walking through on my carpet felt the water squish under my feet. Not only did they enter my apartment without alerting me, but they didn't reach out to me until days later. One might think that after pipes bursting once, they might put more insulation to prevent it from happening again, nope. my SAME PIPE burst twice more within 8 weeks. after the last time they didn't secure the panel accessing the pipe. They also must have turned off/down my water heater, because I didn't have hot water for the last 4 months of my lease, despite my calls to check it out. Adding on to that, the AC hardly works, the heater doesn't, and the kitchen is rather small. I never saw any roaches, but spiders were very common. finding 2 to 3 a week, in clothes, on walls, the floor. Luckily there is ample parking, washer and dryer are fine, and the closets are nice. At the end of the day, I wouldn't say "buyer beware" but i would say "buyer, be aware""

"The manager here is absolutely a horrible person. She sees tenants as numbers and not as people. I would not recommend this apartment to any foreigners or people with disabilities. The staff is so unsympathetic and unaccommodating towards language barriers and physical disabilities. They simply want the easiest possible revenue stream and anyone outside of majority culture is apparently too much trouble for them. Absolutely horrible experience. Would you feel safe? I think not."

"I really like the apartment and the property. I was in the process of looking for an apartment for about a month honestly, and alot of the apartment complexes or properties were either dirty and run down, or there were bad reviews. When I checked this one out I noticed the complex was clean and I noticed maintenance on site, which tells me they're on top of their stuff. I'd also like to give 5 stars to the service I received from the property management as well. Natasha and Amari were super helpful and awesome with just answering all my questions and making sure I was settled in okay. I'd also like to thank Lisa the property manager for really working with me on my move in process as well."

"2022 Review - Lived here for about a year. Honestly amazing for the price point. 0 pest disturbances. Maintenance comes within respectable timings based on how critical the issue is. Management is easy to work with. The only negative would be noise travels a bit vertically, but that's only if your neighbors are using bassy things like big subwoofers. No horizontal noise traveling at all, I've never heard the neighbors on the same floor as me. Overall a pretty solid place."
