"You can never get ahold of the leasing office, our water has been running none stop since I moved in. Still have yet to get a male box key. The amount of gun shots every night is ridiculous. Kids run around throwing rocks on cars. Police are there EVERY SINGLE NIGHT. cops and neighbors banging all hours of the night. Our floors smoke detectors have been at low battery for the last 2 months. They give u parking spaces and others just take them. If the owner would have just let me take my trash out in peace. I would have kept this quiet"

"If I could give it a -10 I would. We lived there back in 2018. It was the worst living experience ever. The police was always there, gunshots very often. We have little kids that were scared, we pretty much lived in fear the entire time we lived there. Our cars got vandalized and broken into several times. We would go days without heat and running water. There was a time when the building went over 1 week without hot water. Can you imagine showering with cold water? heating up water on the stove to bathe your babies? Not a fun experience. Management never did anything about the complaints, the manager quit and the property was without a manager for like 2 months. My sons window got broken and it remained that way until the day we moved out. When we finally had enough we were sent to court. Once we provided documentation to their attorneys they said for us not to worry about anything that as long as we were out by the 6th of the month that they would not put it on our credit reports. I then told them " we have been out of there well over 1 month, we gave written notice at the time we paid our rent, AND left the unit in way better shape than it was given to us " they said they were very sorry for the unpleasant experience and that they were working on getting a new company to manage their properties. GUESS WHAT? Today I had my credit checked and it turns out they did send us to collections but I can't get ahold of anyone as Denver Realty group is no longer in business. If anyone knows how I can resolve this and have it taken off our credit PLEASE advise."

"We have been living here for about three days now and already we feel the inhospitably of property manager Rebecca Fatta. She let herself into our apartment unannounced and began to interrogate us. She claims that "someone" let her know that two minors were living here ALONE and that is why she had let herself in. My mother works very long hours and we have not had time or resources to move everything over the course of a few days and so half of our things are here and the other half at the old place. Of course we did not want to leave our stuff alone and her barging into our apartment only justifies why we stayed here without my mother for a few days. A responsible 20 and 16 year old alone is not a valid excuse to invade our privacy. She did not even have the common courtesy to apologize to us. Needless to say we will be writing a police report regardless of what her contract says. (She claims this is not the first time someone has written a police report here and ignored me when I first asked for her name.). Aside from her rude mannerisms, our apartment was clearly done too quickly to even be leased. Most of the door frames a cracked and should have been replaced. The dishwasher is yellowed and unsanitary. Our water fluctuates so taking a shower is become a hassle. This is just the foreshadowing of a terrible year lease that we will have to endure. LOOK ELSEWHERE."
