"I deeply regret letting my dad move here. The leasing office manager is a mean person. you have no idea. She likes to throw shade she's rude & petty. Her attitude is ugly & degrading. Residents have complained about it but nothing happens. It's hard to talk to her she makes us uncomfortable. I just wish people would a heart could run these housing places. The disrespect is really real. my dad speaks very little English & has vision loss and they treat him like garbage here. Can't wait until we find my dad somewhere else to live. We don't feel welcomed here. We put up with Lorraine attitude enough. All the other African residents here get treated poorly by her aswell."
"My mom lives there and true the whole building is infested with cockroaches and bed bugs. The management sent pest control but still a lot of bugs. My mom is suffering from bed bugs bites and some sleepless nights."
