"Update: I've posted/edited reviews 3 times and this is the first one that got a response. Management needs to hold accountable those who continually disregard community guidelines, but I understand the need for revenue."
"There is not enough parking and cars are tows randomly. Our apartment was broken into and the management does not care- they did not even help with a police report. We did not feel safe there."
"This place is hands down the worst place I have ever lived. It’s basically a section 8 housing complex. We bought out of our lease due to how bad this place is run and how poorly we were treated. The complex is filthy dirty, trash and recycling don’t get emptied, walls are paper thin, dog feces everywhere, mosquito infested grass, nosey neighbors, cars broken down in the parking lots. You get the joy of smelling your neighbors stinky trash bin right next to your door. You have to pay to park your car, they say you have to pay for a parking permit even if you park in a garage which you pay for, then there’s no available parking spots to park. Multiple days a week, I was parking 2 buildings away from my apartment. The ladies at the leasing office are lazy, it should have been a red flag when it took 2 weeks to get a lease, our apartment wasn’t even ready the day we moved in. They were still painting when we were supposed to move in. The office does nothing about noisy neighbors, they just say their attorney tells them that a Judge won't hear a noise complaint and they’re more concerned with the residents who aren’t paying rent. The hot tub was broken the majority of the time we lived there, the mailboxes were broken into twice. We found broken glass in the walkways consistently, the gates that “secure” the complex are constantly broken and stuck open, people are just running through them with their cars almost nightly. Maintenance takes multiple days to respond to anything. We had maintenance requests submitted with our move in inspection that weren’t even fixed 5 months later when we moved out. For a 1 bedroom apartment we were paying $200 per month in fees for water, sewage, trash, and common area maintenance fees. Electric is $150+ most months too. Most complexes don’t charge anywhere near that. Multiple places we looked don’t charge any common area maintenance fees, and utilities are less than $50/month for a 2 bedroom. This place is the biggest scam. If you want to live in a trashy neighborhood and hate yourself, this is the place for you. If you care about your safety or family, there are plenty of other places you can go for cheaper. We got 1/3 of our security deposit back even after being told we had one of the cleanest apartments they had ever seen. If you have to deal with Mary, expect things to take multiple days to ever get anything, Lena doesn’t care about the residents and she runs the place. This complex needs to be investigated for fraud with what they’re doing to their tenants."
"I moved here in June and getting ahold of the leasing team to begin with was an issue. Once we got here we had a few maintenance issues in which only one was ever addressed. Overall the apartments themselves are nice but if something breaks you’ll have to flag a maintenance person down to get any help. The noise from all directions is unacceptable and tenants here are very disrespectful. We have a child above us that runs around all night, jumps, drags toys and more. Even the dad was lifting weights at 12am. There’s a dog next door that barks any time their owners are gone which is frequent. We’ve made several noise complaints and management has said their hands are tied and can’t do anything. In addition our mailboxes have been broken into as well as our security gates broken. One has been wide open for over a month now and about 2 weeks ago the code for all of them stopped working. The office never sent us any information on how to get through the gate. Now we have many vehicles that just sit outside and wait for someone to open from inside. If you want a quiet, peaceful and safe place to live, this isn’t it."
"These apartments come with a front yard pool? Nope! That’s standing rain water approximately 3 inches deep!! And you’re going to have to wade through it if you don’t want to be homeless tonight because maintenance won’t do a single thing about it except ask you if you “saw the monsoon” (no roads flooded this day, it was not a “monsoon,” you absolute dork). They run the sprinklers every single night, even though we emailed them that they were flooding the ground and creating a literal marsh. Now when it rains for even 30 minutes, the entire back area here becomes flooded and the water stops just inches from our door. Soon it will flood apartments and they will blame the tenants somehow, I’m sure!"
