"We are very content with business in the office. Melissa and the others are helpful and friendly. The maintenance team is also terrific. Snow is cleared for safety and the grounds are well kept. They respond well and quickly if there are any maintenance emergencies. Another perfect thing about this beautiful place is the location. Many important places are within walking distance, for example: Park/playground, Fire Station, Post Office, Library, Walmart, etc. We love it here! Thank you!"

"I have lived in Florence Square apartment for more than three years. they are so unfair to us. I will not pay more than $3,300 just to move out! We all have tight situations and have hard time getting money and they are trying to make a living out of us! I don't recommend people move here. I am so furious right now and will remember this unjust policy!"

"This apartment is a disaster. It made me very angry at the employees and their one-year lease conditions. I would not recommend anyone moving into this apartment. You can't leave whenever you want, and if you don't give 30 days' notice before leaving, you'll have to pay more than 2,000! They even request more! If you don't want your money to be wasted, don't move here! I regret moving here and I will warn my other families and relatives also."

"Just moved in about two months ago, and I love it. From the moment I walked in the office (over a year ago) to do an application to be put on the waiting list, to now staff in the office have been awesome! Had an issue when moved in with heat, was a simple flip of the switch fix, but the maintenance was really nice and explanatory of everything was doing. No complaint from me so far. Everything was explained to me when I moved in, and if ever a question and I call the office they help explain everything to me. Also whenever I walk in the office, I'm immediately greeted by name. Very clean and big apartment, only me and my daughter, but more then enough room. Only issue I would say is no closet in the living room to store stuff, but that's not too big an issue"
