"The room was ok. Breakfast was marginal. The coffee was not very good. I have stayed at other Hampton Inn's that certainly exceeded this one. May look for a different location next time."

"This hotel should not be named Hampton, that’s for sure. The rooms are dirty and dated. The morning staff is fine but both nights we stayed there were late check ins lined up in the lobby with no one anywhere to be found to check them in. They have a phone that says call for service, I witnessed 6 different guests wait for well over 30 minutes without one member of the staff so much as passing by. I don’t know how you can run a hotel with no one at the front desk. The only reason I stayed here was because they are pet friendly and my pet is important, however, this hotel needs some updating and cleaning and a staff that is present in the evenings, a note to the owner if you are paying a front desk person, they are robbing you blind."

"This hotel is located about 20 mins from Denver airport, right off of the freeway. The rooms are pretty basic, they do have a pool. My heat wasn't great, but the staff was super nice. Our room didn't have a phone. I had a minor issue with my bill, but it was fixed quickly. The location is pretty good, there's plenty of places to eat nearby. Parking is free, but it was cold and there's a leak on the right side of the building that runs into the parking lot. It froze and I slipped on the ice"

"We stayed here while coming to town for a Broncos game, the location was nice and quiet while only a 20 minute drive to downtown Denver, the beds were extremely hard, breakfast was sub par (as to be expected) the pool and hot tub were nice, and the staff was great. Pretty average hotel."

"This was my 85th Hilton hotel stay of the year. It’s one thing for the hotel to show some wear and tear, which this room had, but this was more than that. When I entered my room I noticed a sour smell, immediately turned on the air to see if that helped. The worst part, by far, was the bed. I tossed and turned for hours and would’ve slept on the sofa if there had been one. The mattress was no better than sleeping on a cardboard box. When you’re traveling for work, living out of hotels, this is a dealbreaker. Not what I expect from a Hilton at all. Do better. -Diamond member"
