"I went there for a SCHEDULED TOUR. The way I was greeted at the door by management was repulsive! They spoke to me as if I was a toddler and had no idea I was coming. It was very obvious they did not have their ducks in a row seeing as how they had no idea what type of unit I was looking for that I had specified in the tour request. They did not do a personal tour with me. I got no questions answered. And I absolutely refuse to pay the amount they were asking after I was treated like that!"
"Lived here for almost 13 years...lol yes really. Overall, I have been treated well! Some things I wish I could change like new carpet, new appliances etc , but overall nice community"
"Horrible place to live. Parking is a nightmare, yet they allow Wyatts Towing to take a vehicle without 24-hour notice. Overpriced for 'ok' apartments. Allow aggressive neighbors to threaten and harrass over parking spots. Neighbors confirm stories of cockroaches and mold. Do not live here."
"The new maintain staff is awesome! They get work order done quick and fast. Family and I enjoy living here. Just don’t like how recently there has been a lot of dog poop all over the grass , and walking past the dog park this past 2 weeks have been bad. Smells really bad and strong. And residents don’t be picking up after their pet. I have step on poop quite a few times already. Everything else tho here we love it."
"I love it here. The grounds are really nice compared to anything else in Brighton. There are good amenities and I like having the option of a carport. I can walk to a lot of cool places from here too."
