"##Update## Yes, you are right, I don't live here now. But I did, and you should stop lieing to the people because you and I know, I used to live here. Come one, come all, to the best apartment experience ever. If you like throwing your money away, this is the place for you. Pay your rent on time, don't worry, you will be charged for something else, how fun. Want to pay more rent, of course you do, you will get a rental increase, and they won't even tell you, Yowza. No need for pets, each apartment comes with its own infestation of roaches. And guess what? They will probably charge you for them too. Seriously, If you are looking to move here, DON'T...there are much better places in the area to choose from."
"So when it was time to renew my lease I moved. Repairs are not completed in a timely manner. This complex has a huge problem with hot water. It goes out regularly and takes multiple days to be restored with no alternative in the meantime. There are no on-site maintenance staff so the day my door stuck from the inside and would not open, I had to wait at least an hour for the staff to get to my apartment to work on getting my door open so I could leave. He was very apologetic and thankfully there was no emergency or I would have had to climb outside the window to exit my apartment (he had to climb in the window to get in my apartment.) When repairs are done on other units and they need to turn the water off, no notice is given so that you can plan accordingly to get ready for work/school... you just go to get a shower and the water is off. Then run into the maintenance staff and find out they are making a repair and need to turn the water off... Window AC that doesn't cool the entire apartment and your wall heating system is not efficient. When I first moved in the staff was enjoyable but when they sold the complex everything changed and it was not the same place I moved into... Snow removal is an issue in the parking lot so it becomes dangerous walking to an from your car to the apartment as snow melts, turns to ice, and freezes again.... This place will be an apartment but will not be "home." T"
