"Absolutely loved everything about this process. I moved to Colorado from a different state and did not have the time to physically look for apartments. Did a simple google search and read some reviews. After reaching out to Camden for a video of the unit and photos they sent it immediately. Signed my lease and a few weeks later moved in and everything is clean, nice, and the leasing office was extremely helpful and courteous. Close proximity to everything! Glad I made the decision to sign a lease here."
"I’ve lived here for 10 months. The staff is usually great, especially maintenance and help at the front desk. The amenities are nice too if you start taking advantage of the fitness center, copy room, hot tub, ice maker in freezer, ect. One of my biggest problems living here is the walls, ceilings and floors are not sound deadening at all. I have gotten noise complaints from walking around my apartment at night. I can literally hear my direct neighbors phone alarm every single morning and if there is loud conversation I can hear it word for word through my walls. I also like long warm showers and I always run out of hot water. I don’t see myself getting more than 5-10 minutes of warm water. This is personal preference and I understand it’s a large apartment so I won’t blame Camden for that though. It’s probably the same at others."
"I've lived here a couple of years, and I like my apartment and the building. However, the cleaning process in between residents is an issue that should be addressed. I'm moving into a new unit in the building, and the carpet was very dirty and smelly when the unit was turned over to me. I vacuumed up a significant amount of dirt immediately upon getting access to the unit (which I showed the office staff). The carpet was clearly soiled, so I rented a carpet cleaning machining. The cleaner picked up a significant amount of soil from the carpet, but after 7-8 passes through the room, it was still dirty (*this was NOT something I had time for 3 days prior to moving, btw). The office sent a crew again after that to clean it once more, but it continues to look bad. The office staff has been nice and polite throughout this, however, the problem is not resolved. The carpet in my current unit was matted with cat hair when I moved in, so this is not a one time occurrence. No one should have to live in an apartment with a prior resident's dirt. Carpet is nasty anyway, and it really should be replaced in between each tenant (as many other complexes in the Denver area do). Edit: The complex ultimately replaced the carpet, and it now looks and smells much better!"
"I lived at Lincoln Station for almost 2 years and I absolutely loved it. The entire team always made me feel welcomed and helped to resolve any issue that I had. The Lincoln Station team, always went above and beyond. I also really loved my neighbors. The residents at Lincoln Station are respectful and friendly. The location is great and I felt safe while I lived there. Plus my apartment was spacious and very functional. I relocated out of state for a job, but I will always cherish my time at Lincoln Station. I'd strongly recommend this property."
"I recently moved in. The leasing office has always been very responsive in answering my questions, on email or in person. It has helped me a lot in preparing for my move in and in settling down. Would like to call out Katie Reynolds from the leasing office for her excellent support throughout. The property is new and good for the price you pay. Locating your unit inside the building does get a bit difficult at times, esp. for those new to the building. Corridors are long and sometimes feel like a maze. Over time, you may get used to them. For families with school going kids, one negative is the elementary school in this district does not have a good rating."
