"Been here for 5 months and I couldn’t be happier. I absolutely love my home, the area, amenities, the community and the staff is always super friendly. Maintenance is pretty timely for requests, quiet neighborhood, no excessively noisy neighbors. The property is always clean and well kept. Trash areas get a little crazy but at its worst is Christmas time for obvious reasons. Parking is tricky, especially for guests, but that’s my only official complaint."

"Overall no where near worth the price, have had non functional AC throughout the entirety of our stay, have submitted 15+ services requests and still doesn’t work. Apartment manager told us it was fine and to open a window. Hot water is poor, if you do more than one load of laundry or use the dish washer and a load of laundry you won’t have hot water the rest of the day, gym equipment is often broken, locked doors are rarely actually locked with random people often wandering the hallways and have had multiple packages stolen. Staff are rarely helpful with issues and issues are rarely resolved, you can find much better run apartments with all the same amenities for this price range without all the added hassle that comes with this apartment."
