"I had submitted an online inquiry to ask about their pet policy to see if they allowed caged animals (have a pet bunny and pet snake). The first staff member who called me back left a voicemail stating that they would be allowed, so I called to schedule a tour and was told by the next staff member that the pet policy was recently changed and only cats and dogs are now allowed (to my understanding). The staff were very kind and helpful with my inquiry, but the past reviews stating animals outside of cats and dogs are allowed are now not valid with the new pet policy."

"My wife and I have lived at Contour for a few years now and we can't say enough good things. It's quiet but with plenty of friendly neighbors if you do feel like being social and the staff is WONDERFUL! From Deanna in the leasing office to the maintenance team, Adam, Steve and Caleb, everyone is professional and helpful. Adam especially has gone above and beyond for us but the whole team is fantastic!"

"Just renewed for our 3rd year at Contour39. The neighborhood is quiet and friendly. Maintenance is accomplished quickly and with the most friendly maintenance staff. I fully appreciate the attached garage especially here in Colorado. The amenities are first rate and well maintained. Wonderful experience here at Contour39. Take a look."

"Living at Contour39 has been really good. I’ve lived in three different complexes over the last few years all by Park Meadows mall. I like Contour the best because it is so close to the mall and restaurants as well as easy to get to the highway since I do commute for work. I also like having my own garage attached to my apartment since I do not enjoy cleaning snow off my car. I haven’t really used the clubhouse, pool, or fitness center but they are all nice if I ever decide I want to. Maintenance has been really good and although it was a little slow when I moved-in two years ago, issues are taken care of real fast now. The only downside is that the mailboxes are at the clubhouse but it isn’t terrible since if I get a package it is normally left at the office anyway by the delivery person. I also have a great view of a green belt area from my apartment and even have added a picture I took last Fall. I really like having a patio that I can grill on and just take in the outdoors. All in all Contour39 has been a really good place to live."
