"These were by far the best apartments I have ever lived in. The parking was a bit of a pain in the a**, but besides that our whole experience was wonderful. Maintenance was always on top of their game, the whole area was always clean and well kept, the gym and pool were amazing, and we received our whole deposit back when we moved out. I wish we never left!"

"Big rip-off. Look for other apartments around. You'll find the ones that are cheaper and provide much better service. Rent is high and they provide very poor service. No play areas. Trash pickup service is horrible and they come up with weird rules so that they can get away without providing even the basic services."

"The apartment was nice, I had no problems with that. What I will warn you about is the parking is horrible. There's not enough spaces for residents. The staff and maintenance are unfriendly. And last, my move out charges were a joke. They charged me for repainting when I did not paint and I've never been charged for that previously even when I did paint. And the kicker... I was charged for a co2 detector because it magically went missing when I moved out. WHO STEALS AND CO2 DETECTOR?! Plus, I was charged for a broken microwave door when I NEVER use a microwave because of health reasons. This place is rated a 4 out of 30 for a reason. Don't say we didn't warn you."
