"I lived in this property from 2018-2019 and it was a lot cleaning and the management was compassionate and respectful toward seniors of any ethnicity, race a or color, except for the maintenance supervisor, Wall who only like white seniors. He used to scream at people he didn’t like. He still working at the property. I’ll see how things goes with him. Since I just moved back. The most frustrating thing is that I didn’t smelled anything when I came to see the apartment but after I moved I smelled strong odor of urine of a person with a lot medication (I know this because I worked in nursing homes for many years and learn to distinguish the seniors urine odor). The next day I complained with the manager and she said that she didn’t know and bc I had moved they don’t change the carpet. She got the order for the maintenance guy to order a carpet cleaning with deodorizer. Wall the supervised maintenance came and said I don’t smell anything, non of the employees smell it. He also replied “it will cost us a fortune to change the carpet every time people move out” I had complain of urine on the bathroom wall by the toilet, he stated that was the toilet They never smelled anything because they don’t want to deal with it. Nevertheless they got this carpet cleaner company to clean it. Since I have all my stuff in the apartment I stay and I notice the carpet cleaner guy didn’t spray deodorizer in the main closet and hall closet then I asked him to please do it he ignored me and now the closets are stinking of urine. Had to buy carpet to for my bedroom, closets and living room. Yesterday I came home and found a note from maintenance saying they check inside the refrigerator for a scratch, which I reported as a crack. I did verbal consent for them to enter my apartment, which I’m going to revoke. I had to throw the food since the maintenance young guy had touch it with dirty hands, I’m not going to asked for reimbursement due to the fact that the manager Kayla (not sure is the way she spelled it) treats me like stupid because I have strong PR accent, I had asked for bumper for the kitchen and bathroom cabinets doors. She said “we don provide those you have to buying “ On December 24th I run the dishwasher and left, five hours later I came home and the kitchen was flooded, I called the emergency maintenance phone number and left a message. I didn’t used the dishwasher anymore. Yesterday, December 27th , I talked the manager, Kayla about it, she stated saying with a tone of voice that she doesn’t used with the other residents, “ ITS NOT A CRACK INVTHE REFRIGERATOR IS A SCRATCH” she kept on going making excuses for the work that need to be done in my apartment, when I mentioned the dishwasher problem she said “DOES NOT AND EMERGENCY IT HAS TO GO TRUGHT US YOU JUST DONT USED it” I didn’t answer, I was getting so upset and I answered her with strong tone of voice the one of the corner of the bathroom needs caulking and if you don’t care it will be mold under need of the bathtub. l left it was not point to argue with her. I’m still waiting for them to come to fix the dishwasher and the bathtub. Rent is expensive in this place and they don’t want to fixed anything because is to expensive. Seems that the new management company cares only to make money compared with the management before which was more compassionate and understanding of the seniors needs."
"They do not replace carpets but did replace the part where the stain was. Heater makes real loud noise. It wakes you up at night. True the heat will come out, but the loud noise is hard to take. It needs a new motor but they will not spend for it. Please fix, and yes I will be in tomorrow as the manager hung up on me for asking them to fix. They can turn this around by fixing the heater which they said was not urgent and then said they are still working on it...after 2 months."
"My mother and a lot of her friends live here and since these owners came in, they have raised rents $3-500 a month for fixed income seniors. These seniors barely see any cleaning going on... For a 4 story apartment complex, they saw no cleaning in the beginning, now twice a week they vacuum and sometimes do windows and wipe down the elevator, washers and dryers don't work, they can't get ahold of management, their voicemail is always full. The onsite won't slow down to talk to you, but if you do catch him long enough you get your concern out, you will be greeted with a gruph comment of some sort and that there is no time, then he threatens to quit. This place is awful and treating our seniors badly."
"Well my mom past. And i spent the nite woke up the next day -- and my brother from okc called . Next thing i get a knock at my mother's door saying i need 2 leave !!! And surrender the keys!!! And leqve their property !!!! I had a flight back 2 okc. At 8:30 that nite -- My daughter begged the guy -- if i could stay in their lobby. Until I was picked up 2 go home !!!! It was absolutely horrible !!!!!!!!! Would have been horrible 4 u -- 2 lose your mother -- and b told 2 leave now !!! I didnt even get 2 go 2 her cremation -- but thank god after 21yrs i got 2 watch her perish !!! O boy !!! What a nasty vacation . And why rate it a 5 star !!! Im still. Grieveing since JAN 7TH ON A THURSDAY AT 8:21 !!!! HAD BETTER CARE AT LUTHERN HOSPICE CENTER .. SO SAD -- WOULDNT WISH THAT ON MY WORST ENEMY WOULD U?????"
