"FOR THE LOVE OF GOD, DO NOT LIVE HERE! Do not give these people your hard earned money. Rock Peak Top 10: 10. Pool hasn’t been open for 3 years 9. Junkies and vagrants roam the property at all hours. 8. Dog poop EVERYWHERE!! 7. Condescending, rude, useless management that cares nothing for the safety or comfort of the residents 6. Maintenance requests go ignored for months and when they are addressed they are never done properly 5. The dulcet tones of domestic violence echo through the thin walls 4. No on site security 3. Office staff shows up about 10am, closes for lunch at 11am leaves 2pm and never answers phones or responds to emails. 2. Human urine and feces in and around the dumpster areas 1. In the spirit of the season, instead of an Easter Egg hunt you can come here and hunt for various types of drug paraphernalia, shopping carts and soiled mattresses. Great fun for the whole family. Steer clear of their other property as well. I don’t know what they renamed it, but it is also called “Rock Something”. It is the same giant corporate slumlord that runs it, and it might be even sketchier than this one."

"Lived here for about 8 months so far. They recently switched managment and changed the name. Before that they were helpful and prompt with maintenence requests and letting me know when I had a package waiting. Still haven't decided how I like the new managment. So far so good. The community is fairly quiet and laid back. Lots of puppies as they have a dog park. Pool still doesn't work. Not sure they will ever fix it but we keep getting told they will. Gym is fairly impressive with weight machines, free weight, and cardio. There are tvs but I can't figure out how they work. They accept Flex for rental payments and are fairly lenient if you pay your rent and keep to yourself."

"I don't know how this place has more than 3 stars. I know overworked jobs when I see it and the maintenance is either lazy or overworked. I have been living here for 3 years, and any repair we've had, from a broken air conditioner, a leaky bathroom light (mold definitely growing in the ceiling), a broken dishwasher and broken laundry washer, have all taken a ridiculous time to get fixed. Our washer was out for over 2 months, air conditioner out for 5 days during the hottest time in the summer. The pool has worked one year of three, the jacuzzi has never worked and the gym has turned into a squatters den. Honestly can't wait to leave, and stop paying for amenities that aren't there. The company was just bought, but I doubt any actual change will happen. Do your research and live anywhere else!"

"I don’t ever post reviews but I feel like this honestly deserves a one star. January 12th we have been fighting these people to fix our heater. We put a work order in that exact day someone came out looked at it and said the whole furnace needed to be replaced and their solution was to provide us Space Heaters to compensate. Idk about you but that’s not a solution in fact dangerous when left un attended and they didn’t offer this right away either we called almost every day to see what the update was on our furnace and it was the same thing “we are waiting on a quote” then about a week ago we got the news they finally got a quote and they were going to do the furnace last Tuesday and guess what never happened. I went to our apartment because we have declared this unlivable with no heat for almost a month in the middle of winter!! Today is the 31st and still no heat and we had a lovely note from the director of Advenir of Wyndham that said they SOLD THE PLACE and would be in new management on the 5th. So what does that mean this new management team will be walking into a hot mess. Let me also add that when I asked what happened to this quote they quoted the furnace to be $4500 and the prior management said it was too much for them to pay and they weren’t going to fix our heat. So this entire month we have been living else where instead the comfort of our own space because it’s unlivable. I hope this helps get our apartment fixed. We have gone to the news outlets, Colorado health department and even had them sign a letter from the state of Colorado that is a warranty of habitability demand letter and still nothing done! A month of no heat is absolutely ridiculous and declared unsafe and not habitable"

"100% do not recommend living here based on my time there. First issue was that they said they would fix my balcony as the wood was lifting & cracked and they never did. After a few months things started to break or fall off like the towel holder, toliet paper holder, a kitchen drawer & closet doors coming off the hinges, when I opened a maintenance request no one ever showed up to fix them. MY BOYFRIEND LITERALLY GOT CALLED THE N- WORD HARD ER BY OUR NEIGHBOR & ALSO PUNCHED BY SAID NEIGHBOR & guess what management did.... nothing !!! My motorcycle was also got stolen TWICE when it was parked in front of the office & when I talked to management about it they said "Our cameras don't work " So don't expect to feel safe there. They always advertise having A/C in units but guess what ours broke in the summer & never got fixed !!!! Nor did we get a temporary one, we had to buy one ourselves.I wouldn't ever recommend this place to anyone"
