"We've been staying here for 2 nights so far. Our first night was easy and pleasant. The manager checked us in and understood we were business owners and catered to our needs. The Asian boy Terrible for "customer service" the boy that worked this night absolutely terrible at hospitality. As we come from southern states. Would advise any other hotel to southern folks up to this point. First floor floods due to washers being sub par. Vending machines have paper in them saying do your job. Seems empty for such a big hotel by the interstate. Can definitely see why. As business owners our selves this not acceptable."

"This is the most rudes place. I went to the hottub and there was no towels so I had to go out without a towel so there was water on the floor and I went back and cleaned it up and they started yell at me and called the cops me and said I broke a window witch i didn't and I found a pill in my pillow case this isn't the first time I found a pill iny pillow the front desk lady screaming at me saying I'm calling the cops I payed for 2 nights and they kicked me out and won't give me my money back and on the bed was bed bugs it was so gross"

"the service was terrible, the bed had pee on hit and was so dirty, the front desk lady was absolutely terrible she called me little girl and kicked me out for wanting new sheets, this is why we don’t let people with anger issues run a business dealing with people because that was the worst experience of my life and she refused to give me a refund and threatened to call the cops on me!!! terrible place!!"

"Wife need a place stay during a floor project. They were a few blocks away. Went inside and talked to the front desk. Was told cheaper to online. That's a good front desk person. Rooms were great. No bed bugs. Quiet"
