"My friend moved in in Feb 2023 and Farm Haus promised the pool would be ready in March. One year later, the pool is still not done and Farm Haus refuses to give rent credit or let people out of their lease. They are not accommodating or willing to provide anything to residents who paid for a pool and amenities that never were able to use them."

"Extraordinary customer service by Stephanie Burrows!!! Had my hot water heater go out. I contacted her and within 30 minutes, the maintenance person (from Bell-property owners for Farmhaus?) came in and corrected the problem within minutes. Kudos for Ms. Burrow's immediate assistance and to the Maintenance Repairman for a very fast resolution to my problem. Both Ms. Burrows and the maintenance repairman were extremely professional, diligent, and exhibited great customer service skills in this matter. THANKS!! Well, Farmhaus deserves another 5 Star Review, but Google will only allow me to "Edit"..so here is my Edit: My breaker went off in my bedroom. I contacted and spoke to Allison (Alli). Allie is so customer service friendly!! She immediately responded (she gets the job done!!!), and 45 minutes later I had my issue resolved by the Maintenance employee (Efrin-same one that resolved my issues last week). Efrin is extremely knowledgeable, friendly, outgoing, and provides extraordinary customer service."

I lost my key Fab the other day and Stephanie helped me out right away and was able to get me back into my into my unit amidst me already being late for something. "I wanted to wait a few months of residency before leaving an honest and accurate review on Farm Haus. Samantha (Sam) and her team are some of the best leasing professionals I have had the pleasure of interacting with, they are kind, honest, and very helpful. My apartment is the most beautiful place I have lived in with the scenic views of the Rocky Mountains, I get to enjoy a nice cup of coffee/wine in my very large patio, the appliances are very modern, and the space is clean and open. The maintenance team is very prompt. They always go above and beyond and ensure that you and your apartment have everything you need/fixed before they close the ticket. The location is SO peaceful, and the neighbors are respectful. I LOVE coming home. You can tell Bell Partners & Farm Haus care about their residents as they often have social events, free breakfast, food trucks, etc. Finally, the amenities - the gym is impressive! Very clean, tons of equipment, and even a virtual fitness room. My fur baby enjoys her trips to the pet spa, and huge dog park. There are others, but I haven't had the opportunity to explore them. Overall, I would recommend Farm Haus to my friends and family. It is truly a wonderful place to live. I am so happy I get to call it my home."
