"Update!!! Still crooks! No way I owe this much now it's on my credit you idiots!! Bunch of crooks! Do not stay here! They dont know how to read electric or water meters. I paid around $60 for water and 80 for electric pretty much every month. We left before the month was up. Ive been gone for a few months now. I get a letter in mail from a recovery place saying i owe over $650 For electric and water. How is that even possible over $400 for water and elctric and 150 for late fees. I have every receipt with water and electric that i paid every month. The whole time I stayed her dont add up to what they are trying to charge me now. Can anyone say " BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU" I think they deserve a call. This place is a Joke!"

"We have been here since June of 2020. Through out the last couple of years, this little park has been home. The neighbors are nice. Nobody really bothers anybody. It's a very nice quiet little community in the middle of Longmont. Close to everything. The current manager Mindy, goes out of her way to make you feel comfortable. If you need a place to park your home on wheels, it is a home away from home."

"I had a friend that stayed there and she was there for a week. She had spoken to a young man named Jordan about things that she had noticed wrong in her room and he had told her that he would get the things fixed the next day. While my friend was talking to Jordan, he was extremely rude to her. The toilet in her room had to have the water turned off after using it so it wouldn't leak and she had to use a space heater because the one in the room wasn't working. When she checked out the things that were wrong still wasn't fixed. The office staff was wonderful and very helpful. The woman recommended a great coffee shop just down the street. Because of the office staff my friend will be back. With the issues in the room she did everything to make my friend comfortable, she also apologized that they didn't get fixed."
