"Super friendly staff. Clubhouse, year round jacuzzi is really nice. Tour of one bedroom, I was impressed! UPDATE: since move-in, I have received nothing but friendly service from all staff. I love it here!"

"My family and I moved here this past summer from out of state, site unseen. The team here has been nothing but welcoming, helpful and very prompt on maintenance requests. We love the location as it is close walking distance to playgrounds, Walgreens, McDonald’s, and also offers a pool, hot tub and fitness room. We also rented a garage here that is a nice option at $125. Monthly. Parking can be a challenge if you come home after 5pm, but they did implement a parking pass system to help. Our water/sewer/trash/pest control bill averages $166. Monthly which varies as it is figured by a formula used to divide the entire buildings use/fees (4 people in our unit). This is a pet friendly community, and unfortunately there is a lot of poop not being picked up. We are on the first floor, awesome for moving in/out and groceries, but horrible for the noise that comes through the ceiling. Apartment living has its challenges, but because the management here does respond promptly and seems to genuinely care about the community making improvements regularly, I would totally recommend Willow Run."

"My fiancé and I are going to move in in April and are so incredibly excited. The apartment itself was much nicer than expected, has tons of storage, and the process of getting a tour and applying was a bit bumpy due to our own fault. Jocelyn made the bumps as smooth as possible and communicated everything as soon as she got the information so we didn't have to worry. She definitely helped us avoid stressing out about the application."

"I have lived here since Feb 2023. The maintenance is good but I haven't had my microwave fixed in 4 days. I also don't like how they charge our guests 3 dollars to park overnight. I tried requesting a permit but they say their is no room available but there's 20 spots available. I get that there's a new system to parking but then put in a system to troubleshoot these problems because it's outrageous"

"Upon moving into our place it was not ready and it’s been two weeks since living here and there has been nothing but problems since day one. There has been no urgency from the staff/maintenance to fix our requests. We still have no access to our outside storage , dryer was broken , dishwasher is broken with the attempted to fix and after one wash cycle it still displays the same problem as before after we were told it was fixed . We’ve been waiting over two weeks for other fixes , one room still doesn’t have a functional closet with shelving unit that were ripped out of drywall and still has not been fixed after we noted it broken at move in, paint is mismatched, lock issues with slider door when we live on the first floor. This was all after a delayed move in process where the place was not even cleaned when they kept saying it was delayed for cleaning. There has been problems in every room since we moved in. -From a household of 4."
