"Great hotel, need some things buttoned up. As far as my room. It was great. Very bright vibrant colors great lighting great room comfortable. But the girl at the front desk overcharged me for the deposit. The deposit was supposed to be 50 she charged me 126$. I didn't notice until I got to the room. Reached out to her in the morning about it and she was completely ignorant about it. Said that no she only charged me $50 and it didn't take out of my bank I even showed her my bank statement and my balance which reflected it taking the money out and the correct amount it took out. Said I'm going to have to wait a couple days to see what happens. Later on in the day when somebody else worked I approached the guy and let him know that they charged me the wrong amount and right away he got on the computer looked up the information and confirmed that they did charge me wrong for my deposit. He made some adjustments on his side and assured me it will be corrected by my next banks processing day. Also the bathroom in the swimming pool area definitely needs something put on the hinges on the door. There is a pile of rust behind the door that you can see Clear as day once the door shut. Very unsanitary and could be dangerous. If they get the girls attitude at the front desk adjusted to be more caring and get the rested out metals fixed I can fully commit to this hotel being one of the best I've ever stayed at."
"Love me some Holiday Inn Express. Always my first choice for hotels when traveling. However this place had the worst breakfast experience to date. No cinnamon rolls, or Apple Juice Friday morning. No biscuits on Saturday. Many condiments were empty or near empty. Not at all what I am used to for breakfast at other HI Express. I'll likely choose a different HI Express next time I'm in Denver."
"Always clean. Breakfast is great compared to most hotels. Hot tub is hit or miss. It always works unless someone hits the emergency stop button. Then it won't work for 24 hours."
"This hotel looks nice from the outside. The rooms are fairly nice. But I was woken up at 4:30 AM by the alarm that was going off next door. Obviously I couldn’t really do anything about it but after ten minutes of it going off I decided that I needed to do something, especially because I had two long flights the next day. I called them three times and no one answered. The message at the end of the phone call was a number to call customer services and when I called it didn’t work. The alarm kept going and I was getting overwhelmed by the sound. I tried to block it out and was unable so I went downstairs to try to get some help. No one was at the desk and there was a sign saying to call a number for assistance, which I did one more time. It was the number I had been calling and I heard the phone ring and no one answered it. I didn’t know what to do because I couldn’t sleep through the noise. I tried calling again and finally someone answered (that was the sixth call I had made). He was fairly rude and after I had told him I had called six times, he said that he only had two missed calls which just isn’t true. I asked if he would please turn it off and he had to call the room first and by the time the alarm was off it had been a full hour after it started. He also questioned me on why I wasn’t calling from the hotel phone and I told him I didn’t want to wake the other people in the room and he doubted that I was actually staying here and said that it could just be a prank call. I felt very uncomfortable and unheard by him. It took him awhile to come up and actually turn it off as well. I believe that he was the only one that was working that night, but they should not treat their guests this way. They do not reset their alarm clocks after a guest has stayed there and I lost an hour of sleep because of it."
"We came down for a football game at Folsum stadium. These were nice accommodations. Not far from the school, clean and reasonably priced. We had the free breakfast and clean comfy beds. You can't ask for much more."
