"Really enjoy living in our townhome here at Cortland at Coalton. We love the location within walking distance of restaurants, shops, and the mall plus only a 10 min. drive to Boulder and the great mountain hiking. The Cortland staff is not only super friendly but super responsive as well. Kyle the service manager runs a tight ship with requests handled very timely. And it’s quiet - we never hear our neighbors on either side. When we moved here from Texas, our plan was to rent for 6-9 mos. and then buy a house. That was 3 yrs ago - and so glad we don’t have the hassles of house ownership."

"Office staff has always been easy to work with. Maintenance crew is friendly and quick to take care of any problems. Honestly the only issue is other residents thinking that picking up after their dog isn't their responsibility, especially when it snows."

Melina, the property manager, was amazing. She went above and beyond to ensure my move in was seamless. She assisted each one of my roommate and my self by answering our very repetitive questions. Any team member here can greatly assist you. Austin and Jayla are always in amazing moods. If they aren't there or taking care of someone else Melina is always more than happy to assist by stepping in. A team that is always happy to help and a manager that enjoys helping as well speaks VOLUMES to me."
