"I just moved from Bell Broomfield. I have read some of the other reviews, which seem to indicate that other people have not had a great experience. So I can only speak for myself, but my experience was fantastic, and I was sad to leave. Courtney, Hailey, and Alexandra were awesome. Anytime I needed something, they were always very helpful and kind. I never had any problem with the water bills like mentioned in some other reviews. But that was just my experience. The amenities all received upgrades during the second half of 2023. So everything is in really great shape. The fitness center is really great for an apartment complex fitness center. Some people mention that the trash bins are always overflowing. And while it is true that they do sometimes overflow, they do always get picked up. Plus, they are not out in the open, they are in an enclosed area so the only way you really notice that they are overflowing is if you walk inside or if the door is left open. Many apartment, complexes, struggle with having enough parking. But that was rarely a problem for me here. Unless I was getting home very late at night, there were always spaces available. Overall, I give this apartment complex really high marks. It’s a safe, well-maintained community with lots of walking trails and sidewalks around the area. Plus, it’s on the outskirts of town, so you are away from the hustle and bustle. I really enjoyed my time at this apartment complex!"

"Short and sweet: most of the time it’s wonderful living here. Sometimes, it’s horrible. Here is a short list of problems I’ve had with Bell Broomfield. I put some pros at the end too because they have done some good things as well. Gas. (Google Bell Broomfield gas bills and read any of the news articles.) Trash. (See pictures) Potholes. (The one pictured has been here since Winter, about 4-5” deep, and the width of a tire) Pool access. (Main exterior pool entrance has been inoperable majority of summer, makes getting to the pool difficult with front office renovations ongoing) Poor communication. (Especially during the aforementioned gas bills period of time. For example, we got a large additional, estimated, gas bill. They asked if we wanted to spread it over three months, we said yes. Naturally they charged it all the next billing period) Be wary of Bell. They have several apartment businesses in the area. I have not lived at them so can’t speak for them. But read reviews there too. Having said that, the living spaces are really nice. Here are some pros: New pool furniture. New pool tiling. Renovated clubhouse. Freshly painted and pressure washed building exteriors. Better packing room management. Prompt maintenance. Final note, the floors are thin so I’d recommend a top floor unit. So there it is. It’s not a horrible place to live. The majority of time it’s wonderful! If things change before I leave I’ll update the review."
