"I was sent an email to leave a Google Review. There were two links, if you clicked that they are doing a "good job" it takes you to leave a review, if you clicked that they “weren't doing a good job”, the link just goes to the Stonegate website. There have been issues living here. This is a small example and seems silly but I was frustrated by it. In July they sent an email "to inform our community of the upcoming changes to the current onsite recycling method" and that they were "hopeful to roll out the new plans in August 2023, so please stay tuned for more information!". I followed up every month and it was difficult to get an update. They continued to charge us the same rate for trash services. Supposedly tomorrow (5 months later), they are resuming recycling services. I don't want to be petty, but this is a small example of things I have observed living here. Update: They did get a new recycling/waste management company and the pickups are more frequent and the whole thing seems better managed. Another thing I'd note is on the community forum if you post anything about your car being broken into, things being stolen from your door step, or other issues you are experiencing on the property - they just leave the post in "pending" and don't approve it."

"I've lived here for 4 years and have loved it the entire time. The staff is quick to respond and the buildings are well cared for. It's quiet, full of happy pets, and always clean and safe. I highly recommend it!"

"DO NOT LIVE HERE - AVOID The office staff and maintenance crew are great the issue is the management and how little they care about tenants safety or comfort. 3 tenants, including myself, had an ongoing issue with a loud and obnoxious neighbor for over 6 months with the management doing nothing about it. Right before they moved out, they assaulted me right in our building, the management has video proof, a police report and witnesses and still could not care less, threatening to evict because rent wasn’t paid due to the issue. Absolutely absurd how overcharged this complex is with basically nothing to offer and they still don’t get paid enough to care about the people that live here."

"Stonegate is a wonderful community to live in! The staff is friendly, ready to help when needed and the apartments are so comfortable. Beautiful grounds, great dog park, beautiful views and close to everything. I love living here!"
