"5 stars!! When we moved to Longmont i 2021, we didn't bother looking any further than the Legacy as a place to hang our hats. It was clearly love at first sight. Why? Why not? It features clean, spacious living space, warm, caring staff, two pools, a workout room ad King Soopers, McDonald's and Willow Farm Park all a short, refreshing stroll away."

"I have lived at the Legacy Apts now for two years with no issues. Easy access to the local grocery stores and shops around town. The maintenance staff at the Legacy has a good response time and always very curious! The ladies at the leasing office are always pleasant and ready to help."

"As I approach my second month residing in The Legacy, I can confidently say that never before have I experienced such regret over a decision in my life.The staff, specially Michelle, has been very nice to me and my wife. So far, we have zero complaints about the staff. My problem is with how loud this apartment can be and how terrible the insulation is particularly when it comes to hearing the apartment above you. I've been renting for a long time, I anticipated some level of noise living in an apartment. However, the reality here has far exceeded any reasonable expectation. I am constantly disturbed by the noise from my upstairs neighbors. I can hear every footstep from one room to another, the flushing of their toilets, and even intimate moments. Living here has significantly disrupted my quality of life once I'm not able to sleep or watch a movie without hearing my neighbors. With at least five people living above us, the incessant noise has made it nearly impossible to enjoy a moment of peace or a full night of sleep since we moved here. As I said before, having rented for the past 18 years, I understand the occasional sounds from neighbors. However, the level of disturbance I'm talking about is beyond tolerable. My life quality has taken a substantial hit since moving here. Recently, a coworker asked me if I was ok on a call because I looked so tired. On good days, I am getting 4 hours of sleep using headphones to drown out the noise. My wife and I are constantly exhausted and irritable. This situation has left us feeling trapped. With this current economy we can't afford to pay the other 11 months of rent to leave this place at the moment. My performance at work has suffered already. To make matters worse, my wife and I have been diagnosed with PTSD and Complex PTSD, and this makes this environment less than ideal for us. The lack of sleep and constant disturbance exacerbate our conditions, amplifying our distress. If you value peace and quiet I would recommend you to consider another place to live. I regret never reading a review about this place before that was a dumb thing to do. I would not wish this experience upon my worst enemy."

"I've been living at Legacy Apartments for 7 months now and it's a great spot. Feels like a gem. Excellent location - easy access to Boulder, walking distance from King Soopers, Target, and other places on Hover. The community is quiet, and the management team is responsive. They answer and quickly resolve any issues I ever call about. The pool areas are nice and the property is very well kept. Rent is way more reasonable than Boulder. My studio apartment has a cute renovated kitchen that's the perfect size for 1 person. I also have a balcony. I'm so grateful to live here."
