"The late night clerk was nice but the general manager in the day was a real nasty and rude person. The bed spreads were stained and the TV was basically broken, made buzzing noises and many lines through the screen!"

"We checked into the room put our bags in and immediately left for dinner. When we returned back to the room, I went to the restroom, there was feces in the toilet. After trying to use the toilet it was discovered that the toilet would not flush. We went to the front desk and informed them of the issue and were given a plunger. We were unable to fix the toilet throughout the night. We informed the front desk again and again nothing was done. I went back to the front desk and spoke with the manager Maria. I asked for the corporate number and she refused to give it to me stating they aren't going to do anything anyway. Having a non working toilet is very unsanitary."
