Hilton Garden Inn Longmont

"I was planning travel to Boulder for my daughter's graduation from college and was finding outrageous prices for even basic hotels (Motel 6 for $700/night???). I then came across the Hilton Garden Inn in Longmont that advertised rooms ON THEIR OWN WEBSITE at $109/night. I booked for 3 nights back at the beginning of February for my May stay. I received an email yesterday stating that my reservation had been cancelled because there was a mistake in their pricing and it should have been $529/night. That is a 500% increase on an already reserved room! They would not respond to my email to honor the booking. I am a Hilton Honors member and travel extensively. If this is how Hilton and how this hotel in particular treat their guests then I will NOT be booking a Hilton owned hotel again. Good customer service dictates you honor a mistake. Hilton would certainly make ME honor a mistake reservation I made with them. Where has customer service gone in this country? Certainly NOT at the Longmont Hilton Garden Inn."

"This hotel is fairly new (3 years) and it shows. The lobby, restaurant area and rooms look modern and well kept. The open closet area has a nice layout with drawers for storage. Shelves in the bathroom for setting items out."

"Not a 3 star hotel above $100 a night. Honestly the best word to describe both mine and my girlfriends experience is "underwhelming". The good. I was impressed by two front desk employees. One let us borrow an HDMI cable that had a very positive impact on our trip. The other had a black shirt so I wonder if he was a manager. He was very helpful with answering my concerns at the end of our stay. Now the bad. We were told they had a pool at check in. Two hours later the pool was closed for maintenance. We never had the chance of stepping foot in the room the pool was in. Up in our room we saw signs advertising room service. We planned our meals around getting room service at the end of the night but then we were told there was no room service offered and that we should order doordash if we wanted food. The black shirt employee did tell me they were short staffed but her response had a good helping of attitude to go with the choice words. There was a very loud noise coming from the walls that made it difficult going to sleep even with meletonin. The beds were warped and not comfortable in the least. Every ODD number room has an industrial view of the back road leading to the highway. You can actually spot the gas station above the abandoned structures. This hotel, at this rate, is a 2 star hotel. I decided to add one star because the people that wanted to help were fantastic but I can't justify anything over $100 a night. My stay was around $72 a night with my priceline discount."

"The rooms were nice. Good lighting, nice size tv, comfortable beds and bedding. The staff overall were kind of blah. None of the wait staff were really friendly nor real attentive. Check in was confused and I never did sort out my meal credit successfully. Location was really nice as it had a great selection of restaurants and shopping nearby and a creek/river with a path directly behind the hotel."

"It’s a beautiful hotel with great customer service. There are trails on the backside of the hotel and you can walk to shopping areas or a park, just wonderful. Now there is a pool but no hot tub which is kind of weird. And if you book do everything online including check in because there is usually no one at the front desk to check you in. We did not book a specific room online because it only showed one room available which was odd. We went inside and advised we did not pick a room online because the one room they showed available did not interest us, which is why we waited thank goodness as I was right they had many available rooms and we got the one we wanted. Beware they do not offer continental breakfast but you can add breakfast to your daily charge which is what I did for two nights. And they still charged us 30.00 dollars more for the second night meal. My husband was very frustrated and we just left. Other than that absolutely I will stay there again. Now I know the rules."
