"Absolutely terrible . Don’t rent here. Nothing will be clean staff barges in your apartment no clear management and the ones present think it ok to use model to hang “out . Most important the homeless people living in the parking lot and on the complex . This place is extremely unsafe fire hazard air quality in homes is well below standard . Don’t pay rent here."
"Great location, buildings remind us of being in a ski area. Lake Macintosh is just right around the corner if we want to get some exercise. Dog park on site. There is always someone to clean the parking lot and or the sidewalk. Very dog and cat friendly."
"Poor experience towards the end of our lease. Multiple packages stolen from our doorstep, lots of dog feces, and a rough transition from management. Emails and phone calls have not been replied to in multiple weeks. I’m sure they will reply to this with “reach out to us so we can talk” but their phone lines have been down and they haven’t responded to important emails regarding our lease. Was hopeful about Fairfield taking over for Advenir, but so far seems like the same poor service."
"Advenir staff messed up information on my move out paper work and recorded my 60 day notice date incorrectly, and I am being charged an extra $500 for rent that I do not owe due to this. I have provided proof of proper date and incorrect info more than once. I’ve been calling and emailing. Most of my calls don’t get answered, and my emails never get answered. If this isn’t fixed ASAP I will be going to small claims court."
"Just got a note that Advenir is selling to another company with only about a weeks notice. Recently, the dumpsters were over flowing with trash for over 10 days. While we've been fairly lucky with getting maintenance requests taken care of and our neighbors have been pretty good, I would definitely not recommend living here as there is a lot of variation between everyone's experiences after talking with people who live around us. On top of that, the fees they charge on top of rent usually ends up being like $150 more. Also, you have to use their online portal to pay rent and it always has a transaction fee (no way to avoid.) Not looking forward to the new company as they have even worse reviews than Advenir. Will be looking to move when our lease is up."
