"The ladies in the office have been absolutely wonderful to work with!! They go above and beyond to help you as much as they can and Lanesha is always so friendly and kind! Her communication is excellent..she is also quick to follow up which I appreciate! I feel like they are turning this place around in the best way."

"If you are thinking about moving here, re-think it! Long story short, my family and I were poisoned by carbon monoxide at these apartments because they did not ensure everything worked properly before we moved in. I was without heat and hot water for 2 months. Xcel red tagged my WH 5 times and the issue still isn’t fixed in that unit! I only lived there for 4 months! On top of this, there was black mold growing in my apartment since before I moved in. I found it the first day I was there, notified everyone multiple times and nothing was done for 3 months. Even after my baby was getting sick from it. They tried to hide it from me when it came time to remove the bathroom vanity. The maintenance seem will cut all the corners possible, nothing gets fixed correctly. Office staff is unprofessional, doesn’t know any laws or regulations in the state of Colorado and clearly clueless on how to PROPERLY do their jobs. I have truly never lived in a worse place and I sincerely hope none of you have to experience these apartments."

"My wife and I have lived here for over a year and a half now, we have absolutely loved the area and being so centrally located to so many conveniences, as well as getting the most bang for our buck apartment wise. We all know how hard it is to live in Denver! Management struggled quite a bit before then and had a few turnovers while we have lived here making our time here a bit stressful. Since September, Ladonna Urban has completely changed the environment at Summit Riverside. She has made everything so easy since her taking over, and she has gone above and beyond with us personally making us feel like more like family and less like just a resident. We are in the middle of growing our family and upgrading our space to another unit here so we can stay apart of this great community! We’ve always had positive experiences with the maintenance guys and they have been prompt and efficient any time we do need them. Thank you Summit Riverside for making this a home for us!"

"The maintenence supervisor James has been a pleasure to work with over the past month with some items that needed attention. He is very personable and is very knowledgeable and helpful. I would also like to mention that grounds keeper Glen is always such a pleasure to speak with. When my dog and I go on our walks and we see him, he's always so great to chat with and strike up a conversation with. He definitely cares about how the grounds look and as someone who has lived here in two different units over the past 9 years, it wasn't always the case with past the past grounds and how they were taken care of. I appreciate the work both of them do and they deserve to be praised."

"Summit Riverside is insanely lucky to have such great maintenance people who make living here much more enjoyable and stress free. I’ve worked a lot with both Glen and James and they are both super helpful and extremely friendly. I’m outside with my dog a lot so every time I see them they always chat with me and the dog, and it makes me feel safe and welcome in the community. There’s a lot that I enjoy about living here but I just had to share that the connections with maintenance have really been the best!"
