"The rents for the sqft and perks are reasonable (in my opinion, and compared to the Denver market). Even though the units aren't as new as a lot of properties in Denver, they are in great condition. Office staff are competent, accessible, and reasonable. Despite other reviews, I never had a problem with parking. I assume this location won't work for everyone, but it's actually very convenient and I love all the green. If this location works for you, you will not regret leasing here!"

"They were very nice at first but they didn’t fix the shower. It’s difficult to turn off, I have to use a dry towel to turn it off. Their amenities such as the work room/ Internet cafe is not working they don’t know when it’s going to be fixed. Lastly had to call the police about an incident, I messaged the apartment complex and they asked for proof, messaged the proof they haven’t responded."

"Haven't been here a month and already regret moving in. Not only was the apartment not ready for us, it was completely dirty, the washer had mold, spider webs everywhere, paint marks on the wood floor along with scratches, paint job was horribly done and so much more issues. They had the cleaner and painters come back the same day we were moving in and even with that it still was not up to par and as of today there are still items that need to be replaced or fixed. We sent an email to the property manager and manager assistant per their request with pictures of all the issues and they never responded to our email. We have called and even gone in person to speak to them but they have never been available, instead they always have their employees try to assist us when they can't. We had to clean and sanitized the whole apartment before we were even comfortable to spend the night. I highly recommend not moving here!"

"I don't even remotely get the bad reviews, I've just recently moved in and everything is wonderful! The office staff made it ridiculously easy to move in, any repairs I've needed have been very small and done within a couple of days. I got locked out of my storage closet on the patio, and the staff literally jumped the patio wall to fix it so that I wouldn't have to drive all the way home to put up the dog lol! Best apartment I've ever lived in!"
