"I have been living at The Avalon Red Rocks apartmemts for 6 months now and it has been nothing short of amazing. Living here has been the greatest experience of a clean and friendly community. I have been pleased from the very beginning, until im sure the very end, with the hospitality and service that is received here. I am truly grateful to have chosen this place as a home for myself and my kiddos."

"Avalon at Red Rocks has been a good community to live in. Nichelle in the leasing office has been great with getting us moved in and answering all my questions. The community is very well kept and they are on top with snow removal. The maintenance team has been great. they have been very communicative and thanks to Nathan for resolving a toilet issue right away as well as replacing the dryer that was as loud as a asphalt compactor when we had just moved in. Overall I have been very happy the last couple months I have been here."

"I have lived here for over a year. The management is amazing to work with, and they are friendly. The maintenance team is amazing to they see a work order they get it done. The only thing I don't like that they are a little too high for the rent. There close by and the View for walk is pretty amazing. You have Bear Lake about 5 away to."

"Moved into Avalon Red Rocks in February. I’ve had such a great experience living here. Easy application process. Nichelle and Eddie at the leasing office have been very helpful. Minor concerns were addressed accordingly. I love my cozy 1 bed 1 bath apartment. Great location. Maintenance team is very friendly and prompt! Amenities are awesome. Secure Amazon packages. Most importantly it feels very safe for me. I’ve moved every year for the past 3 years and can final see myself staying at Avalon for a while!"
