As long as you request a service order. She's very helpful and caring."

There are common issues that arise just as with other apartment complexes but with that being said, Apryl continues to show excellence in her title and truly cares about her residents! She handles conflicts with dignity and grace and gets things done immediately when they need to be done. She takes pride in her job and follows the laws and rules and expects the same of her residents, helping us to feel safe and secure at home. Apryl is responsible for a multitude of things and I will continue to look up to her for the way she handles everything in the direct, prioritized way she does. "I've lived here for 10 years. It's in a great location, within walking distance of anything you could need. I live in a 3B3B and they are quite spacious! This place seems to fill quickly. Rarely a vacancy so if you can snag an apartment you're in luck! I've seen a few managers come and go. Apryl is firm but she's great! She was super helpful when I became unexpectedly unemployed. She guided me to get help. The maintenence guys are knowledgeable and friendly and get things fixed promptly. Overall I really like living here. Definitely recommend!"

"DON'T MOVE HERE!!! Management is horrible! They are never in the office and they never answer the phones. An apartment was attempted to get broken into and management was notified, Apryl didn't even call the police to file a report, police questioned why this was the case. You will not feel safe here because management doesn't do anything about issues that come up. WARNING they are eviction happy, I've known a few tenants who are now gone over the littlest things. Apryl is very rude and disrespectful! Just because this is a lower income complex doesn't mean you can treat your tenants with no respect. I always felt downgraded and felt that she even came off rasict towards me with little rude remarks. She talks about your business to other people, some of it very personal stuff that she has no right to be taking about. SO UNPROFESSIONAL! They need to get new management in fast, I can't stress that enough! Trust me when I say do not move here!"
