"The courtyard is prone to flooding and they've ignored fixing the sub pump for more than 2 months. Me and a few other neighbors have called and notified them. And they haven't fixed it"
"lived there for 1 year, ceiling caved in, owner and management don't care about anything but if you pay rent, took 3 months to fix the pipes and other MAJOR issues... like the ceiling falling in! only upside, dirt cheap but it might as well be in the getto or a box with a heater. Housing authority loves this place too."
