"i haven’t had any issues here - maintenance is great they always come when i need them & nothing has ever really broken bad most of the stuff they help with is simple stuff like restarting the breaker haha. the only complaint is the pricing - my base rent was around $1900 for a 1 bedroom but after all the extra fees it was around $2190 not including my utilities & internet - i haven’t moved out yet so hopefully when i do there aren’t crazy fees like some of the other reviews say but i’ll come back with an update, fingers crossed"
"My family and I have lived at Caliber at Flatirons for almost a year now. We moved in last April and loved the place! The staff was friendly, the price for rent wasn't bad compared to other apartment complexes in the area, and there were lots of amenities to choose from such as the pool, biking area, gym, grilling areas, dog park, children park, and the clubhouse. The only complaint we have is that we seem to have entitled neighbors who do not seem to understand that we all live in an apartment complex and that the walls are thin and there will be some noise. We have received multiple calls from the leasing office telling us to keep it down during the day and at night. We have 3 small children all under the age of 4 years old and we live in a second-floor unit. We preferred to have a bottom floor unit but did not get that upon the move in date. We wanted the bottom floor unit because we understand that kids can be noisy at times however the noise isn't anything out of the normal day to day noise of small children. We keep in mind that the quiet hours are at 10:00 pm and our children are in the bed no later than 9:00 pm. I don't understand how we are receiving any complaints after quiet hours because my wife and I also go to bed at a reasonable time. I could understand making noise complaints at night-time after quiet hours because that would be annoying to me as well, but during the day is ridiculous for normal noises and walking. Throughout it all we have been mindful of others and constantly tell our children to keep it down. It is not like my family and I are constantly throwing parties, blasting music, etc. Our 1 year old walks pretty hard and stomps her feet from time to time expressing her excitement during the day and at times our other children may trip and fall or drop a toy from time to time, but kids are kids. We could complain about the noises coming from our neighbor’s unit from them yelling and their dogs barking all times throughout the day and night, but we don't because it is normal. I don't understand why others don't have this same mindset. We now are at the point where we are very uncomfortable in our own home and a home should be a person’s safe place, but no matter how much we suppress noise we still get a noise complaint. I am tired of receiving calls from the office about this matter and I am sure the office is tired of calling us. If noise is too much then live in a home or a stand-alone town home! We have decided to move at the end of our lease which will be next month. The staff has been wonderful, but we are frustrated with the neighbors about the current situation. Also, we have met with the neighbors, allowed them to meet our children, and told them that if we are ever too loud just let us know and we will correct it. We see them from time to time and they speak to us, but never about the complaints that they have been making about our family. Nothing seems to satisfy them. It is frustrating because we pay rent just like they do and want to enjoy living here too, but we can't because people are too sensitive. We also were generous enough to inquire about moving to a bottom floor unit after receiving the first complaint and after seeing the unit we were set on it, but then we thought about it; why should we have to move and pay the additional costs to do so to satisfy them? Why couldn't they move if it is such a big deal? If you have a family do not move to Caliber at Flatirons the walls are too thin and people are insensitive about normal noise at all times. STAY AWAY!"
"I have lived here for 7 months now. Units are really nice, staff is friendly. Neighbors keep to themselves. Parking sucks, Spots are small. Trash is missed few times a week and snow removal takes a few days."
"My fiance and I moved to this apartment thinking this would be a professional and wise apartment to move too. This is the furthest from the truth. First week they gave us the wrong keys for the mailbox and we had to get a new lock on the mailbox and were given one key only, this was returned and yet still trying to get charged for their mess up. Second issue, our refrigerator went out causing my fiance to loose multiple vials of insulin which he needed to stay alive. There is no reimbursement yet for this even though their property caused this to happen. They gave us a used beaten up refrigerator to get us by and are trying to charge us for a new refrigerator. Thirdly, their trash has multiple times left trash juice trails on the concrete outside and around ours and our surrounding neighbors apartments. Most of the time, this isnt the biggest issue because the $45 you pay for this trash service they dont even come 75% of the time so you have to wait for a couple days. Fourthly, they will create an absurdly amount of false charges against you once you leave to try to make more money. Make sure you are smart and take multiple pictures of the apartment all around. They prey on people thinking they are more stupid then they actually think. Before false charges are considered, lets see if they will pay the un-insured price of 4 vials of insulin as they caused my fiance and I to deal with this issue and for the reimbursement of all the missed trash. Maybe some PTSD treatment for their constant harassment of money greeding. We would love to hear back from the wonderful staff."
"This Apartment complex is amazing! Melissa and everyone in the front office is very attentive and professional. The grounds are well kept and maintained. Pet friendly gardens with enclosed area for the dog, amazing pool and ambiance. 5 stars ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ hands down. The parking lot is well lit all hours and makes walking the dog a fun experience with lots of very nice neighbors. I absolutely love this neighborhood. Free premium coffee every day 7 days a week that tastes better than those chain stores with long lines to wait. I would recommend to anyone I know."
