"This place sucks. But my main issue is them constantly trying to show my apartment when I’m not there. I tell them I have a dog that IS NOT friendly and they tell me I need to crate him. Nope, not gonna happen and If you enter and you get hurt that’s on you. I’ve NEVER lived in any other apartment that doesn’t have an empty unit to show future tenants. Absolutely not ok."

"Love it here! Staff is super nice and helpful, especially Lexi and Alexa. Close to campus if you’re a CU student, rooms are well maintained by maintenance as well."
"When my roommate and I began our apartment search, we reached out to Mario. He really came through in helping us find a place that fit our preferences. He guided both of us through all the paperwork, making the process really smooth. Mario's always super quick in responding to our questions and was totally cool with collaborating to solve any problems. Working with him has made moving in super stress free for the both of us!"
"I haven't moved in yet at the time of writing so my review is subject to change based on my experience down the road, but so far the experience has been great. Specifically, Lexi has gone above and beyond to answer all of my many questions and help me secure the unit that I wanted, even keeping in contact with me after office hours closed and taking time out of her personal life to continue to help me as I went through the application process. This will be my first time living in Boulder and I have heard some bad things about the property management company Four Star, however I have been pleasantly surprised with my experience so far; here's hoping that continues going forward."
